Condo was Nice. The building is oceanfront, with dunes in front of it. Somewhat of a walk to the ocean. Plenty of towels and Sheets. Beds were already made when we arrived! They also supplied some soap, toilet paper, paper towels and a few toiletries. Left extra trash bags and dishwashing supplies, also. Large Pool. Laundry on first floor. Unfortunately, No Elevator.

Stayed with family for a week. While the location is great with easy access to a great beach, the condo apartment needs maintenance and a renovation. Entire apartment has a musty mold smell. Bathrooms need an upgrade. Mold in showers. Kitchen faucet needs repair. Kitchen is stocked with cooking and dishware. Dishwasher is a plus. But apartment is cramped with too much stuff. Blankets were old and smelly. Check-in was delayed by 2 hours. After we were able to finally check-in, we spent time cleaning the apartment. One of the beds had lots of blood stains on the mattress protector. The sofa bed mattress protector was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned in a while. I understand they had to rush the cleaning. But they were suppose to do this well before we arrived. Nate, the area GM was very pleasant and apologized. He refunded the cleaning fee, which was very much appreciated. Nate stopped by to change the mattress protectors on a Sunday night. If it wasn't for Nate, things would have been a nightmare. The rest of the staff was pleasant but not much help. Overall, I would not stay here again. The place needs an upgrade.

Great place to stay for a reasonable price! This condo was spacious and had everything we needed. It had a few quirks but that's to be expected. The wood screen door knob seemed loose and we struggled a few times to get it open. The WIFI information given to us was incorrect but we used what was listed by the TV and it worked fine. The cell service was very spotty for some in our party even when connected to WIFI. Overall we would stay again though!

It was convenient to the marina we were using. And the a/c worked well and kept the room at 67 for us.
