Second-Floor Condo with Ocean & Courtyard View, Balcony, WiFi, Shared Pool

We had a great stay here , the beds were very comfortable, kitchen was equipped well.

We enjoyed our stay here and the beds were more comfortable than most rental condos. Kitchen was well equipped to cook our meals.

Overall it's a great location and a nice unit. My critique of the unit would be the kitchen pans and utencils are lacking. Definitley need a larger skillet and a knife that wil cut (all of them were very dull). One roll of papaer towels for a week stay is not enough either.The keys provided didn't work. but after figuring out the code and lock it was fine.

We came for my sister’s 40th. Had a family of four and extra auntie to help with the littles. It gave us the perfect space to stay. Easy access to the beach. Friendly office staff. Super easy check in and check out. Comfortable living room to relax after a day in the sun! And super comfortable beds too! The kitchen had what we needed to make some quick meals. It was the best time. Just perfect!

Overall a good 8 day stay. Property and complex in good order. Security on site. Was unaware I had to go by Vacassa office to get arrival package which was inconvenient yet I can understand why it is prescribed. Issues: Couldnt get TV to work, found out after much frustration the remote was not operating. Had a serries of bugs crawling out from behind stove. Reported to Vacassa. Insufficient towels and washcloths, and cleaning supplies for a group or 4/5. Toilets soiled with use, no cleaning brush to make more sightly. No elevator on site, two of the group lacked mobility and was difficut to climb up and down. My bad for not realizing this before leasing. Kitchen to small for 4 butts to manuever in otherwords crowded. Mirrors need Windex, not damp towel. Thought washer and dryer were in unit but found out they were coin operated machines on a lower level. Again a good stay and would rent again under other circumstances

The condo has been updated and is beautiful. The beds are super comfortable and the couch and TV in the living room are perfect for the family to visit and hanging out. The chairs and table on the back deck are comfortable and the view is perfect! The house has a large crock pot, a mixer and a blender and full pots and pans. The pool and the grills were convenient and very nice. The courtyard is huge and perfect for kids to play. We also used the laundry facilities and the app for paying for the washer and dryer is really nice so you don't have to get change to run them. I would recommend the rental to others and would definitely rent again.

Location, views, cleanliness, kitchen equipped with all necessities!

The ocean view balcony was very enjoyable. Plenty of cooking utensils, oven worked great, loads of glasses and coffee mugs. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of drawer space for clothing. Everything was very clean and the furniture was also comfortable. A very large, nice quality TV was provided which included Spectrum cable. All in all a wonderful play to stay to enjoy Atlantic Beach, NC.

As soon as we arrived we noticed a six inch square of fuzzy mold in the master bedroom bathroom. We never used that bathroom the entire stay which was quit inconvenient. This set the mood for our stay there and we were never comfortable the after seeing that.
