Secluded & Spacious 1BR Condo – Central in OTR

Loved everything about this little condo. Perfect little size, every kitchen amenity you could want and more, very nice bathroom & kitchen, comfortable furniture. Love all the cute Cincinnati touches. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows, slept amazing. Ate at the Alcove across the street, best pork chop ever. Didn't even use the parking pass, there's a lot right across the street for $8 a night that made parking easy. Balcony is so relaxing, & we didn't even mind the steps, (we are 50 & 55 years old) it just made the place that much more secluded and private. Will definitely be back!

This was a wonderful little condo for our visit to OTR. The bed was extremely comfortable, and it was a great place for us to land after long days of walking around the area. There are a ton of restaurants and bars to visit and it’s walking distance to the brewery district. Having a Keurig allowed me to sit on the landing, and drink my coffee in the morning, which was lovely. This condo is up three flights of stairs, so please note that you may want to pack lite. That was not a dealbreaker for us. It was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

This beautifully appointed condo exceeded our expectations in every way. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home. The condo's location was great, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Being able to explore the vibrant neighborhood of Over-the-Rhine and easily access local amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. The proximity to Findlay Market was a definite bonus for sampling local flavors. Kelly, our host, provided excellent communication. She was responsive and gave us great recommendations for attractions and dining options. In summary, we highly recommend the Secluded & Spacious 1BR Condo – Central in OTR. It offered a peaceful retreat with all the comforts we needed. If you're looking for a comfortable and well-located accommodation in Cincinnati, this condo is an excellent choice. Excellent location, spacious condo, excellent host

Truly one of the best stays we have ever experienced. Super cute and clean, great location, communication with host and check in were super easy. Parking garage is nearby and easy to manage. The street is lively but the unit is quiet and restful. We felt like we had our own private oasis. We very much enjoyed the outdoor seating areas, super comfortable bed, and plush bath towels. The unit is on the 4th floor with no elevator, but the steps are manageable and helped us walk off all the great meals we enjoyed in the neighborhood! 100% recommend!!

Place is even cuter than the pictures! Very clean, convenient to restaurants! Enjoyed. The only complaint is that stairway lights are out from 3rd to 4th floor.

The location was perfect! We loved everything about our stay! The place was very clean and it had what we needed. It was close to restaurants and bars which we wanted. We met so many wonderful people! We will come back!

Great location, so may places within a very short walking distance. The included garage pass is a huge plus and the parking garage is super close. The place was very clean and everything inside was really nice. Easy check in.

The living space is adorable - Very cosey and has so much character! The pictures are an exact depiction! It was clear that the owner takes very good care of the space and wants the occupants to enjoy their time. The dishes and glassware were beautiful; the appliances were new and the linens were top tier! Highly recommend!!!

Had a wonderful stay…the condo was clean, bed and pillows super comfortable, and kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need…and so many things to do in the area…definitely will look to come back…the host was fantastic, super helpful and prompt about answering questions, and very detailed check in and out instructions…highly recommended

Beautiful place, great balcony, privacy. Downside outside light was out. Had to use phone light for stairs leading up to doorway. Also shows courtyard with lights. These were not on during stay.

The studio apartment was super clean and tidy; with lots of neat features. Would definitely stay there again.

This cute apartment is right in the heart of Over the Rhine and is within walking distance to restaurants and Washington Park. It was very clean and comfortable. The locked building adds to the safety of the unit.We would definitely stay again!

We loved the apartment. It was clean. Easy to check in and out. The parking garage was a short walk, just across the street, on the next block. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. We had a great time in OTR and Cincinnati and would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at the loft. Plenty of room for my husband, 2 sons & I. Lots of extras like coffee & extra toiletries should you forget something. Great location for all the exploring of the OTR. The parking pass is a HUGE bonus. We highly recommend this loft & would definitely stay again.

A beautiful, well-appointed, and exceptionally clean unit, tastefully decorated with a touch of fun. Every need is anticipated and provided for. The unit is in a vibrant community in the middle of everything, easy to get to anywhere. We were very comfortable and felt welcomed; à return visit is definitely in the cards!

We loved the privacy and safety aspect of our stay. The locked entry into the actual apartments and then the place being the only one on the 4th floor. The street that it is on is full of life, but still has some aspects to it that still need revitalizing. There are homeless people asking for handouts and right up the street is a fairly rough looking part of the city. Overall, great place to stay as far as neighborhood. Inside, was nothing short of perfect! There was coffee available to make with sugar and creamer. Chairs outside on the balcony to drink the coffee in the shade, amongst the songbirds. Kitchen had all that you needed and more! The parking pass was so handy and appreciated. Garage is not that far away. I would highly recommend this place!!

I had a business trip that was rescheduled multiple times. Kelly was very accommodating in helping me reschedule my stay. The place was clean, quiet and offers an awesome location!

This place was PERFECT! Great walking distance for sooo many things. We walked all over OTR, and even downtown to Fountain Square, the Hard Rock Casino and TQL Stadium for a soccer game. Having some basic kitchen amenities and laundry was very helpful too! Besides the amazing location, having dedicated parking made it so easy to explore other parts of the city without worrying about finding a parking spot upon your return. If we make it back, would definitely stay here again!

Great location in the OTR district! We walked to some great places to eat and was a 15 min walk to the hard rock casino. It will definitely be our go-to place to stay. The apartment was very clean and the host communicated well!

The Over-the-Rhine neighborhood is terrific! So many shops and restaurants within a few blocks. I really loved the vintage poster shop a few doors from the apartment. Great coffee at 1215 Wine Bar & Coffee Lab, just 2 blocks away, and Pepp & Dolores for dinner 2 blocks in the other direction. I just wish that it hadn't been Zero degrees during my stay; I would have explored the neighborhood a lot more on foot.The best part was the parking pass for a multi-story garage across the street - a quick, bundled-up dash from the apartment to the car, to go to the fantastic museums a couple of miles away. Be sure to check out the American Sign Museum, the Cincinnati Art Museum and the various museums in the spectacular converted United Terminal train station.The apartment itself was great. Everything is as described, but I must note that, especially in the cold, the stairs above the second floor are outside and open to the elements. Lighting on the stairs could also be improved, but this is likely beyond the owner's control. Just be mindful of the weather for rain or snow. This is a fairly minor quibble, but it was not something I anticipated.All in all, I really enjoyed my first trip to Cincy. But maybe in spring or fall next time!

Super comfortable, clean, minimalistic space in great location. Fair to be sure one is aware there are 3 flights of stairs, as we were, and there is no problem with it. Such a great spot, and fantastic host.

The loft is beautifully done. In a fantastic location. Communication was great. We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back
