Our condo is located at the headwaters of Vasquez Creek in Winter Park. It is a short walk to two shuttle bus stops, and Forest Service trailheads. The private entrance is tucked behind the building and is one of very few residences with views of Winter Park Resort's Pioneer lift. The condo is less than a mile from the best restaurants in downtown Winter Park, and an easy 10 minute drive to the Winter Park Ski Area.

Stayed Mar 9, 2024The condo was very well equipped! The beds were very comfortable as well. Wonderful location . Ski area was like 10-15 minute ride. Also, my husband took a shuttle 2to the mountain a few times. Super close to the unit.Shops and Restarunts were close by. Loved the privacy of our condo. It faced the mountain. Jason answered all our questions promptly. I would highly recommended this condo!

Stayed Feb 23, 2024Great stay overall we really enjoyed it. Only issue was the upstairs bathroom. The shower was t working at all so we both used bottom floor shower but either it was a great place to stay with easy access to winter park.

Stayed Feb 17, 2024Great location 10 minites from mountain with access to the slopes from the brown line lift very close to the front door. Safeway 4 miles away. Nice place, great location!

Stayed Feb 2, 2023We had a great stay here! There was plenty of room to spread out and the living room was very cozy. We had to do some work and the WiFi was excellent. The view of the mountains was beautiful. The owner was very responsive and we would definitely stay again.

Stayed Mar 13, 2023Communication with Jason was great! Loved the cleanliness and we had everything we needed to cook and shower! Shuttle is just up the hill which was super convenient! Only issue we had was getting out of the parking space as the snow and ice was difficult to get through. Definitely bring a car equipped to drive in snow and ice and you’ll have no problems!
