Secluded Bayside Gem with Spectacular Views!!!!

Excellent! Location with wonderful views of the Bay and boat traffic. Very quiet. Well furnished and equipped. Property manager may deserve more than 5 Stars in that she went above and beyond to assure that our needs were addressed as efficiently as possible. We have no hesitancy regarding dealing with Nikki again.

Our host Nikki was fabulous! She answered all our questions and made things so easy for us, giving us all the information we needed. We had a great vacation and loved our unit! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had a great view of Sarasota Bay. The heated pool and hot tub was a real treat. We are hoping to make this an annual tradition! Thanks for everything Nikki! The condo was very nice and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay and would highly recommend this property. Nikki, the property manager was a pleasure to work with and made sure that everything was taken care of while we were there.

We fell in love with the screened lanai.... Never even used the main living space as this outdoor space was exactly what we were hoping for! Beautiful condo, great location, some of the cutest decorating tidbits I have seen and very comfortable. Even had a up close encounter with several Manatee down at the dock!!! The privacy of this location was idealic!!!

This is our 3rd or 4th year coming to this property. And each year we stay longer and longer. We absolutely love it. The property manager, Nikki, is wonderful. The condo is clean. The layout is wonderful. The decor is extremely beautiful. We live there is an enclosed sundeck as well as a small outdoor space as well. We eat each meal in the sun deck and every morning drink our coffee watching the beautiful boats and birds. It feels like home away from home.

This was our second stay at this rental. The property is stunning. The condo is very nicely decorated and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and easy and Nikki is friendly and responsive to my questions. We love Longboat Key and want to return.

We’ve stayed here about 5 yrs ago and loved it. The condo is decorated beautifully. Kitchen is well stocked (suggestion needs hot pads) . Place was clean, however after 5 yrs maybe a carpet change in the bedrooms to tile like the rest of the house because they were showing wear and dirt that’s impossible to get out. They did have workmen in a couple days we weren’t expecting because they were doing plumbing work in the condo above us and needed access to the pipes from our bathroom. Could have cleaned up better the first day, second day, no problem. It’s nice to watch boats go by, even saw dolphins one day and a manatee! Pool is big, not crowded that overlooks a small marina. It needed cleaning. Had some black algae spots. But didn’t keep us from swimming. Never saw a pool cleaner the whole week. Overall a very nice place and a relaxing vacation.

Excellent property (on the Bay) with everything needed for a very nice LBK stay. Quiet. Easy to relax but close to a lot of activity and several very good restaurants.

Spectacular view of Sarasota Bay from living area and bedroom! Condo is updated and nicely decorated. Large TVs and a great mattress. Great location as well. Everything you need and more!

This unit is outstanding. It has everything you could possibly need. It’s roomy, immaculate, and was very quiet during our stay. We slept well on the comfy beds, had chairs for the beach, beach towels for the pool, and excellent communication with the manager throughout our stay. The hot tub wasn’t working, the pool was really cold and is shaded during the warmest part of the day, but everything else was absolutely perfect. We were thankful for the elevator, so no stairs to traverse. The weather couldn’t have been better. Not a drop of rain, sunny skies, and warm temps but not warm enough to make you sweat as the breeze was gentle and very refreshing. Highly recommend this unit and VRBO.

We had a fantastic time, so relaxing!!! Accommodation was superb, great selection of beach equipment. Great views across the bay, we had the pool virtually to ourselves the whole week.

This is our second time staying here - this year for two weeks. We will most definitely be back. We feel so at home here. The decorations, the layout, the sun deck, just all of it is amazing. Easy check in, easy communication, easy check out - it all is a smooth transaction. Five plus stars
