Seawind 1501 by Liquid Life

Communication with Liquid Life was awful. Checking in to the condo we noticed that our door code did not work. After a few phone calls with Liquid life they told us they could not get a hold of our Seawind condo HOA. So I had groceries that were stuck outside for a period of time and had to find the guard shack to acquire a physical key to access our room. My wife eventually found the HOA office of Seawind condominiums and told them about our situation. The HOA manager said Liquid life had not tried to contact them with our concerns and immediately sent someone up to fix the situation. Liquid Life was horrible to deal with and I would advise nobody to rent from them. We learned our lesson. AWFUL customer service.

Overall was an excellent stay! Especially with little kids, the kiddie pool and being right on the beach were very nice. Our only issue was the floor tiles need to be deep cleaned. Our 11 month old is crawling and after less than 30 minutes of him crawling around his feet and hands were extremely dirty. However we understand it’s difficult to keep floors clean at the beach so it wasn’t a big issue.

Condo was lovely and very spacious for our family of 4. We did not cook as we were hardly there for meal times but the kitchen looked well stocked. So convenient having the beach right there and the pool as an option as well. We were able to walk for meals and shopping as well so we sidn't have to worry about parking. Huge drawback was 1 of the 2 elevators was being worked on which made getting up and down a big pain. AT CHECK IN, it took us 40 minutes to get our items up to the room as we had to wait for the elevator as it went up and down full of people and carts. Most days the wait was longer than 10 minutes depending on the time of day. On the last 2 days, you could not access the elevator on our floor at all so we had to lug items down at least 1 floor before trying to get on. Very inconvenient and poor planning by the HOA to have work done during spring break.

The condo was beautiful and clean. Checking in and checkout was a breeze. The unit was well stocked and the location and amenities were great.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Seawind. The check-in and checkout process was seamless. The property was well stocked for daily cooking. It was kid friendly, but still decorated very lovely. The condo property was kid and ADA friendly, as well as easy access to the beach. We are very pleased with our stay.

Condo was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. Only minor issue was the Keurig was finicky but also felt lucky they even had one!

Stay was excellent. Very clean & as described in listing. Great location.Only complaint was the elevator doors close fast, especially important to watch with young children as to not be separated or hurt.

Firstly the unit is very nice. The location is great and family friendly. Great view from balcony, and loved the bunk beds. The hallway outside the front door smelled like urine. The HOA is very busy. We were told the pool/hot tub were going to be closed due to being worked on, but day before we arrived we were told they did indeed open. Also during our stay the parking garage was being worked on, as was the water supply and we received texts regarding these. Also got a msg that a maintenance person needed to get into our place our last day. Lots of communication, and lots of work gets done seemingly on a regular basis. Property owner said that's why they've added a contract clause saying amenities are not guaranteed. All in all, a good stay but risky due to HOA work.

The room was exactly like the pictures, and the view was far more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Waking up, having a cup of coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise,feeling the calms breeze and the view of dolphins jumping across the ocean every morning and night was a memory my kids and I will cherish forever.My only complaint was the pool and jacuzzi were out of service so we missed that, but the kiddie zone was open. Came in handy for my kids to jump in and get all the sand off before heading up to our room. The other thing, there were a few light fixtures that did not work. And this unit was in the corner, directly across from a trash chute...and the horrid smell lingered in the rooms for a few days. Apart from that, I will most likely booking again in the future...hoping those problems are fixed.

Condo floors could have been cleaner. condo located next door had a terrible odor of cat urine. Told HOA , hopefully they clen that up.

We loved our stay here! We had 4 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of space for all of us. It has a great view from the balcony. We enjoyed the sunrise and listening to the waves from the balcony. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with different types of pots and pans (stainless steel and nonstick). The plates bowls and cups were all glass or ceramic. We have toddlers, we brought plastic so nothing broke. The couch was cozy and fit all 6 of us with room to spare. We enjoyed some of the games provided.
