We were mother & adult daughter traveling. We wanted 2 beds. This room had 1 bed and 1 'fold out' couch, which should have been fine. The foldout rested on the floor, so no support. And no linens. Linens were sent up, all jammed into a bag. Not sure if they were clean. I ended up sharing the bed with my daughter. In the cupboard, there was only 1 drinking glass, 1 coffee mug, & 1 oversized mug. There was a sign requesting shoe removal to keep carpet clean, which is fine, but the carpet had many stains on it. LOL.The A/C unit did not fit its space properly. It had a plastic panel on the side, and it flopped around kind of freely. Not very efficient.Good location, good access.

Loved the stay. I came for e a small town and I'm used to quiet at night which this place had despite being in the middle of the city! Beautiful view from the roof. Perfect place to stay for 2 people!

The condo was uncomfortable. It was advertised as having two beds, but one was a futon on the floor. When I opened the balcony sliding door, the screen fell down. The bath water was lukewarm. The bathroom was cold because the fan is on continuously. I asked to have the heat lamp fixed, so the manager took the bulb out.

Small and quaint. Clean and has everything you need from washer/dryer to coffee maker.

We had a very nice stay. There were a couple of minor issues but nothing we couldn’t deal with. One is there was no vent for the air conditioning unit and the other was the sofa is a bit small for a taller person. The location was great and the host was very gracious!

Great little space to explore downtown. Close to the space needle, museum of pop culture, pikes market. Uptown coffee and the Parisienne pastry shop on the same block down the hill, a bodega across the street and Day One parking garage for overnight secure parking just a couple of blocks away. Will be back for sure!

A taste of Seattle downtown apartment life. Very close to the Space needle. We ended up having to pay for parking in a nearby lot, came to about 25 for overnight and the next day.

Claire is a great host—she answered every question I had and even provided helpful extra info for a first time tourist! This is a fantastic location, and I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The apartment is clean, private, quiet, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay or a business trip. I look forward to booking again!

This was a perfect location for our stay exploring all things Seattle! The views were great, and we could walk to most of our destinations. The room was tidy, and Claire had everything that someone might need! If anyone is going to be doing a longer stay, the laundry and kitchen are great amenities!

Our stay was great. Claires VRBO was spotless and the perfect location in the city! It was a great place that felt like home while we were there. Claire was always so efficient to respond if we needed anything and so kind. There was all of the necessary necessities provided as well!

Good location, tourist attractions within walking distance. Small space, best for a single traveler. Bed is small. Nice rooftop patio. Parking options nearby, not the most secure feeling area but the unit is very secure. Would recommed if coming in for a couple days and hitting up all the local attractions.

the host was very responsive and the space was very comfortable! the vrbo included access to the gym in the building which was a big plus

This stay was a great value and in a very convenient location, but the furniture and amenities had some issues that I hope the host can fix for next time.The bed was a little hard, the wifi signal was so inconsistent it was unusable, and we had some issues getting access to the unit when the elevators went out.

The host was very communicative with all of the essential information. The place was exactly what we needed and in a great location. The building is also nice and the rooftop is beautiful if the weather permits. Our only negative was that the bed was too firm for us. Other than that, we would highly recommend.

Yes - the facility was clean and sanitary. The apartment's amenities were great. Don't expect premium quality gym but other than that you can easily take out trash (there's a throw out room in each floor) and can access beautiful rooftop with cool city views. Above all, however, the location of this place is unbeatable - just 15 mins away from Pike Place Market; 10 mins from Space Needle; and 20 mins from downtown area by walk. We even barely used public transportation. Overall, excellent experience! Claire was also very quick at responding our inquiries, making her a very approachable, polite, and caring host.

The room was excellent and exactly as described. Very easy getting into and a super convenient location with nice amenities in the neighborhood.

The host was very attentive and the space was decorated well and had a great view. Very much enjoyed our time.

This place was amazing. Everything was near and within walking distance, close to a local park for kids. There was a delicious cafe around the corner. It also had a small kitchen, which was great for keeping food. Had everything we needed.

The Wi-Fi and parking were a hassle. It was very loud from the fire station and 6:00 am dumpster emptying. Everything was very worn; carpet, bedding and towels in particular. It would be a great place for a college student that intended to walk everywhere. We intended to visit national parks ,so we had a car.

Great place! I was solo traveling and you just never know when booking a place right in the city how safe it is, but I was able to walk everywhere and never did I feel uncomfortable. The condo was super cute and little touches like having creamer for the coffee was great! The rooftop deck was spectacular! I would absolutely stay here again!

Easy reservation clean and comfortable condo AAA

Super easy to find and get into. It was a little weird having it unlocked for us but I checked everything twice place was clean and quiet and comfortable. Accessible to the concert and the boardwalk, ferries, museums. No complaints about noise level. Parking was cheap after I found a garage on spot hero and it was really close (about 10 min walk but there are closer ones). Host had washer and dryer which we used and quite a bit of little things you might need. Overall great value for location and cleanliness! Would definitely stay again

If your looking something that is close to everything than this is the place. Claire our host was fabulous. She gave us all the information we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved that there was a washer/dryer available. Didn't use the kitchen but everything was available for use if you needed it. The building itself was clean and quite. Would definitely stay there again!

Great stay, love Seattle!

What an excellent find! This VRBO is a quick 5 minute walk to all downtown attractions. There is public transit nearby for all other locations. This apartment is clean and safe. Communication with Clare was quick and easy. Thank you!!

Property is located in a perfect spot downtown. Very close walk or drive to attractions and restaurants. Beautiful views of tne space needle from rooftop balcony area. The room itself was clean, has everything you need. Check in was easy! On top of that our hosts communication was wonderful, we would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling solo or a couple with a little one.

Great location and rooftop..

It was a wonderful location near Seattle’s main attractions. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer after a trip to Vancouver and then a cruise. The host was amazing and kept us informed in a timely manner and checked on us as needed using the app. We loved your city!!!

Claire's place was great. We loved the location which was so convenient to Chihuly, MOPOP, and the concert we saw at Climate

The check-in process was very easy and convenient for someone on the go! The location was also convenient with it being a walkable distance to many different restaurants, tourist attractions, and more. My one and only complaint was that the shower did not work properly during my stay, it seemed to have issues switching from the bathtub head to the shower head. But regardless, still had a great time in Seattle.

We stayed for one night and it was everything we needed. The host is super responsive and check-in was very easy. Parking was no issue for us (we did street parking right in front of the building and it’s metered in 4 hour blocks from 8am-8pm). Location is excellent as we were there for a concert at the arena and walked there.

Wonderful location and good communication with host. Nice to have a kitchen and pretty rooftop. Took a long time to cool down with the little AC unit, but good value for the price.

The location puts you within walking distamce to most area attractions. Would like to see blackout curtains or cutains that cover the sliding door to promote restful sleep. The back veranda looks at the other appartments but the rooftop was a nice addition although the elevator did not work so had to take the stairs. Loved the security as it is needed especially at night.

Clean, easy to check in and out, and lots of good food/things to do close by. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and perfect for our needs

Came to Seattle with my friend for the weekend, the condo was in a great area to walk to attractions/food/shopping. The only downside was the parking, if you park on the street you have to pay and can only park for 4hrs at a time, you could park in a parking garage but they are a little further away from the building. Other that had a great time and would stay again!

The condo is located within walking distance of most CityPass locations if you are reasonably healthy. It was clean and comfortable. Our host was wonderful. Loved our time in Seattle.

Older rooms but exceptionally helpful staff.

The property is close to the space needle and pike place market. It’s a cute and clean place. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous and you have access to it pretty much whenever. Property manager responded quickly to all of my questions!HIGHLY recommend.

This was a great place to stay for a few days before a work conference! Close to everything, and Claire was an amazing host.

The property was in a greay location for us! Very close to the Needle, Pop Culture Museum, and the Chihuly Museum. The space was very clean and provided everything we needed and the host was very responsive and kept us informed of everything that needed to happen during our stay. We highly recommend this property.
