Seasonal Pool, Balcony: Quiet & Cozy Aurora Condo!

Great property in a great location. We would love to come and stay again!

Good stay over Christmas. Not a lot of communication from the host ahead of time (appears to all be outsourced) but all was good with our stay. Kitchen could use some additional cookware and we had a buy a light bulb for a bedroom and ever did find a working remote for the garage door, but when we asked a question to the host we got a quick reply. This was my first VRBO stay and it worked well. Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Had a few small issues, but the host was in quick contact with us and addressed all of our needs.

I rarely, if ever have given a bad review but: The place was clean. The opener for the garage door was not working. All towels were folded wet in the cupboard. North bedroom is flooded w/ light at night and needs additional window coverings. South bathroom tub not draining properly. Some windows don't lock. Door into garage doesn't lock. The toilet paper is awful. Closets don't have many enough hangers. No extra blankets. Shower curtain doesn't cover full width of shower. The return vent by south bedroom on ceiling is clogged with dust.

When we arrived at the location, it was not clean nor ready for our arrival. At first, we werent even sure if the property manager was going to have someone come clean the location. Was not going to provide any type of refund only an extended checkout which would not benefit us due to flight departure time. We recieved multiple different reasons why the location was not clean but never was a solution offered. We had to keep pressing for someone to come clean. Ultimately, we chose to stay somewhere else, and that was even a hassle getting a full refund.

No dark shades in master, no ice, wet towels put away and couldn’t use garage for cars because of leaking and no openers. Also couldn’t get air conditioning to circulate well

Over all stay was great. House was great but did lack extra blankets. One of the group members slept on couch and only had wraps. Need better and more cookware Breakfast was basically the only meal we ate at the house; however, it was difficult with very limited cookware. Owner was great and easy to contact.

Was close to where family lived. Clean. Well equipped kitchen. Would stay again.

Stayed here as a family. Space was perfect size, convenient, and as described!

Spacious, clean, modern, fully stocked. Would have love TVs in bedrooms but overall a 5 star place and host.

We enjoyed our long weekend in Colorado and a lot of that was due to these accommodations. It was a bitterly cold weekend and this house was cozy and a great place for our family to enjoy time together when we were not out exploring what Denver had to offer. We were grateful for the garage to park our car to keep the snow and ice off our car. There is great shopping that is close by for groceries or anything else you might need.

I shared a list of minor repairs that need to be completed with the host. The condo was very nice and just as advertised.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for visiting family in the area and the townhome was very comfortable.

Clean and very quiet 3 bedroom condo. Very comfortable beds. Comfortable couch and living room area. Large kitchen island with good barstools for eating and chatting. Nice condo complex, easy to find, easy parking and the tandem 2 car garage is handy.

Great place well-located. The owners have curated a seamless check-in and thought through all of the conveniences from garage door opener, to laundry soap to ample pillows and towels, dishes, utensils, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. All of the bedrooms are spacious. Large big-screen tv. Easy access to the pool. Loved it. Thanks.

This condo was very clean and well equipped. Communication with manager was excellent

A wonderful layout for privacy and comfort for a family stay. Decor is simple and modern, very clean with necessary kitchen items such as can opener, corkscrew, pots and pans, utensils all organized. The table is already set for guests adding a welcoming touch! Kitchen access is open with the island, coffee maker, hot water pot, toaster and a rice cooker are on the counter. Laundry room downstairs is quiet with access to the double deep garage. Each bedroom has its own flair in design, bathrooms are complete with full tubs and shower. The master tub is larger of course. The hot tub and pool are close and easily accessible. Host leaves plenty of towels, toilet paper and shower supplies. Would stay here again!

Rental is in a great area! Close to shopping, pool and park! Home is very cozy with top notch furnishing. Has all the kitchen items you need! We will stay again on our next trip to Aurora.

This is such a great condo! It has an easy layout for a family with a pool and park directly across the street! The guest communication was quick and thoughtful. Beds are comfortable and great modern finishes. You will love this home!
