Seaside Retreat Ground Floor Condo w/Pool!

We loved having 2 masters! Both rooms had a connecting bathroom with walk in showers. The unit was beautifully decorated. You have a view of the ocean from the family room and even from the kitchen. The pool is just steps away from condo. There were plenty of towels. They even provided beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful time and definitely going back next year.

The unit was exactly as expected based on the description and pictures. The location was perfect. Able to walk to restaurants, bars and beach. Plenty of extras in condo for beach and cooking. Even salt and pepper. We would definitely rent again.

Everything was lovely! The place inside was immaculate and well-provisioned. Although the property is located on the main drag (read: walking distance to great restaurants!), you wouldn't know it, feels very private. 2 minute walk to the beach and pool was also near by. The whole property appears very well cared for. Owners/manager were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful. The pre-arrival communication was helpful for packing and preparation. Check in and out was easy and the location was perfect for relaxing or surfing.

This property was wonderful for myself and my partner. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance in the street or beach and many more options just a few miles away. The property was exactly as described and shown, very clean and home like.

Very nice condo. Ground floor unit literally steps from the beach with ocean views. About 3 miles south of Cocoa Beach pier. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. 30 minute drive to Kennedy Space Center. Quiet, especially considering it was spring break. Very responsive property management. Would stay here again.

The property was as beautiful as the view. I reported a slight running of the toilet and the issue was resolved the same day. I highly recommend this condo and the Happy Palm staff!

The condo was as advertised. Very clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Property managers were prompt and helpful. Steps from the beach with lots of fun activities close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Florida sun!

Nice place wonderful view easy access relaxing. You can hear people upstairs walking which was annoying at times. Great area would definitely stay again. We love Cocoa Beach! Thank you 😊
