Stayed Aug 7, 2025The place was super clean and so close to the beach. The listing said there was a view of the marsh in the back. We thought that view was from our unit, but it wasn't. We had to walk around another unit and look over the reeds. There was no place to sit either to take in this view. Should have brought our own pillows. There was no AC but turns out the ocean breezes and many windows were glorious! Overall, truly enjoyed our stay. We could hear the waves from our unit! Absolutely wonderful.

Stayed May 24, 2025Nice place ,good location. Clean and quiet. Has everything you need. My only complaint is it was chilly and couldn't reach the heat control to turn on the heat. Didnt want to stand on a chair. Have bad knees There wss plenty of warm blankets. The condo is niclely decorated. Bed was comfy and shower had great pressure

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We stayed there for 4 nights. It was clean, well equipped and quiet with a nice beach feel. The situation was great with just a few steps to the beach. The beach is covered completely on high tide on that section but it was ok with us with the other activities we did. Once low tide was there, it was possible to walk on the beach for a long time.

Stayed Aug 23, 2024This is a nice little property that sits just across the street from a nice beach area. Beach is easily accessible. High tide brings the water up to the seawall and covers the beach so pay attention to the tides if you want to sit on the sand.

Stayed Aug 18, 2024This was our first time staying in the area and would definitely return. This rental unit was clean, efficient and in a great location. Our family of three were very comfortable. The grill was a great amenity to have. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Stayed Aug 14, 2024Located across the street from Crescent Beach in Wells Maine. Clean, comfortable and cute. 2 car parking, personal outdoor grill, cute outdoor lawn space. Very cozy, would stay here again.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024The condo was better than the pictures. Clean with comfortable beds. Walking distance to the beach, lobster and ice cream. You can’t go wrong with that. The only problem was the door, which seemed to have swelled, so opening and closing it was a trick. Other than that everything was great. I would stay there again.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Quaint, clean, comfortable, and convenient! Steps to the beach, two doors from the Lobster Pound for lobster rolls and ice cream. Easy access to Wells shops and Congdon’s Donuts! Great spot!
