Loved staying here

Clean, nice back patio, happy about the check in call prior to arrival and it was easy to check in and out.

Condo was clean, nicely decorated, comfy king bed and the property was charming and quiet.Appreciated the back deck and view of the bay.Also convenient to many restaurants and the beach.Also loved access to the club down the street.

Reviewer Comments: Would prefer ground floor but this property’s screen porch was very good. Would suggest a bit more comfortable furniture on the screen porch. Told property management and was told that the bug person was coming the day we checked out . We decided to give another RVA location a chance but have noticed the past two times staying with there managed property the bugs have been an issues as well as the cleanliness of the units .

It worked out great though, Next time I will definitely get a two bedroom. There was plenty of room. The place was very clean and spacious so many things to do and so many things to seeAnd very private . Would definitely recommend this.

Cozy quarters Nicely decorated Very Quiet Beautiful view of the bay Fantastic pool along with access to pool accessories. Easy walk to ocean across the street. Plenty of chairs at beach area.. Amazing sunsets. Parking was great along with free access of laundry facilities. Manager was accessible and accommodating. Overall a lovely and relaxing stay along with great restaurants in the area.

This was the perfect location for a short trip to Long Boat Key. It was close to Harry’s Kitchens, one of our favorite restaurants and deli. The condo was very comfortable and met our needs.
