Stayed Feb 21, 2025The property was very good for us. It was on the first floor with easy access to the beach. The view from the patio was excellent and having a cup of coffee looking out to the Sea of Cortez can't be beat. The Keurig coffee maker with the provided pods was golden. The foot pedal for the trash can kept coming off which was the only nuisance. I would recommend it and would come back if available.

Stayed Dec 26, 2025Beautiful home and location. We loved watching the sunrise every morning and quick walk to pools and beach. Everything we needed to cook and the beds were very comfortable.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024We were invited to go to Rockypoint with friends who were staying in the area. We found this property on VRBO, which was very close to where our friends were staying. The property was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. There was 24 hours security on property, and a beautiful beachfront to sit at, that doesn’t allow access to that aren’t part of La Princesa. The beach in the area has a little spot to be able to snorkel in the morning, when it is low tide. There is a restaurant on site, and a little convenient store. The owners were extremely communicative, and helped us with information on the property, and things that were close by and fun to do. I will definitely be going back, thank you Jo!
