Stayed Jul 10, 2025Overall stay was good. Great view from the balcony. Family enjoyed the pool. Central point to downtown St Augustine and lighthouse museum. Would recommend to to do fumigate as has couple ants in master bedroom and bug coming up the hall bathroom sink drain couple of nights. Entry door had spiders and cob web when we first got there. Thank you

Stayed May 31, 2024We have stayed at this community before but this condo exceeded expectations. The location was perfect and when we arrived, everything was exceptionally clean. Necessities were all provided down to beach gear — wagon, chairs, umbrella. It was perfect and I could not recommend this property or rental company enough!

Stayed May 18, 2024Location was perfect and the property was beautifully maintained. Close to beach and numerous restaurants. Only issue was beach access. Due to storm damage and construction there were a number of stairs that needed to be navigated to finally get to the beach. The beach was wonderful just be prepared if your elderly or have young children.

Stayed Jun 25, 2023Really beautiful condo. Much like as described. Fees were rather high as we only stayed two nights, although I had to pay for 3. Perfect location and there is a wagon you can wheel to the beach. I Cannot however give this property a perfect review secondary to the beds and pillows. I barely slept as the master bed was so uncomfortable. I’m not sure about the other beds, however my teenagers aren’t picky. We all thought the pillows were very cheap. If I do stay there again, I’ll bring a mattress topper and my own pillows. Most VRBO’s I’ve stayed in have high end beds and pillows.
