This place is AMAZING! It was so clean O could have eaten off of the beautiful marble floors! The needs were totally amazing so soft and comfy, even the sheets were soft! We loved the lanai for going through the over 600 beautiful shells we found just down the beach from us! Being right across the street from the Publix was a bonus. The kitchen was fabulous as it was very well stocked! Even the showers were great with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The host sure knows how to make you feel special. The TV was huge and the decor was simply beautiful! I cannot think of one thing that the host could do better. We will definitely be back and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo on the beach. The condo itself was very clean with a very nice kitchen if you plan on cooking some of your meals in. Having a Publix grocery store right across the street was excellent. There are only 2 restaurants within a comfortable walking distance from this condo, but both were good places to eat at. We loved the outdoor sitting area!! The views of the ocean was perfect. If you are looking for a quiet place right on the beach to stay, this is a great location. Just keep in mind, the beach has tons of shells so we did not walk bare foot on the beach - after the first time doing so.

Very clean with ideal location. One suggestion would be to add some more glassware to the unit. Otherwise it was impeccable.

This unit was beautiful. Clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Host replied to my messages quickly. The view of the beach and gulf was nice. Would book this unit again!

Everything about this condo was beautiful . Location is perfect. One of my favorite things was sitting in the Lanai in the evening and seeing the sunset. It is literally steps from beach and pool. Owner is very responsive if one has any questions or concerns. Hated to leave this little piece of paradise! Highly recommend!!

Nice new Beach side Condo that really meets all your needs. The beds and pillows are Super Comfy. Convenient Publix grocery store across the street allowed us to get steaks for one of the three new outdoor grills one night. The Pool is clean and comfortable and has plenty of seating. It really is a place you want to come back to.

Everything was very clean, well organized & was very easy to access the condo. Beautiful, comfortable & cozy with relaxing views.

We loved the balcony and the beach, and the comfortable bed and recliners!

Host was fantastic. Think I was a pest at times but she was always kindMy only suggestion would be juice glasses and wine glasses. All glasses were plastic and very large. Wine out of a plastic glass is horrible We drank e everything out of coffee cups because they were glass.

The host was very responsive to questions. The amenities and view were second to none. Everything was clean and welcoming.

View was amazing! Condo was spotless and had tons of great kitchen and beach amenities. Beds were comfy. Condo complex had a super warm saltwater pool and loungers to use. Being across the street from the Publix was a huge bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was very nice, accommodating, and responsive. The unit was very well equipped, including beach chairs and umbrellas. The gulf views from the patio were stunning. The property has a great beach-facing pool, new gas grills, numerous pool and beachfront lounge chairs, and a shuffle board court. Mid-island location is perfect for quiet beach relaxation, with a grocery store and several restaurants directly across the street. Would definitely stay in this unit or building again.

Loved the property! Great location, had pretty much everything we needed from groceries across the street, Publix, and Junkanoo restaurant in the same plaza. Beach stuff was great and sunrise and sunset were awesome!

Our condo was beautiful and exactly how it is pictured. All of the beach amenities you would need like chairs, umbrellas, toys and a cooler. The whole resort is extremely clean with very close and convenient beach access.

Overall it was great! Would 100% book here again!

Amazing property! Beutiful, modern but very cozy apartment with ocean view, right on a beach. Host communication was bejond excellent - promptly answered all my questions and helped with figuring out appliances (I just did not know how to use it). Very large screened in balcony facing the ocean became my absolutely favorite spot!Thank you for the great vacation!

Such a lovely and thoughtfully upgraded and decorated condo. We appreciated every bit of it. Wonderful updated kitchen with everything we needed to create our family meals. The host was exceptional and gave immediate response to our (unexpected) needs. Would be delighted to stay here again!

We were only able to stay 3 nights, and it rained one day, but it was perfect!This place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The 3rd floor balcony is the perfect place to spend hours, any time of day. One morning there were tracks from a sea turtle that had laid eggs along the seawall. A neighbor said they had been collected and moved to a safer place because of the waterline there. The kitchen has every appliance you could want and it's all brand new too! Only issue was that I couldn't intuitively heat a cup in the microwave for 30 seconds, haha.Looking forward to staying here again. It's very nice!
