The primary bedroom includes a recessed wall TV, platform bed with memory foam bedding, built-in end tables, ship lap wall, and plantation blinds. Soak up the sights and sounds from your balcony or relax by the swimming pool (heated year-round) and hot tubs. Full kitchen w/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils and granite countertops. Cable and Wi-Fi access. Linens and towels provided. Ready to go to the beach Beach towels are provided so no need to pack extras. There is also a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use. Complex features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors. Quick 5-minute drive to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens.

THINGS TO KNOW

* There is a shared laundry room onsite with coin-operated washer/dryer. Detergent is not provided.
* Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
* This rental is located on the third floor. Complex has elevators.
* The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.
* Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.
