I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was updated with modern furniture and well was well located between all the local restaurants. It had a spectacular view of the intercostal. The few negatives for me was 3 flights of stairs for a senior citizens. There also was no storage allowed in the parking area .it was not easy to carry suitcases golf clubs and beach chairs up the three flights of stairs

Truly a beautiful condo, location with all the amenities one could need. The condo and property were both clean and well maintained. A/C units can be a little noisy from neighbouring units/building, but overall a very special place!
