Master bedroom features a queen sized bed, plantation shutters and a walk in closet.

Guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk in shower.

The private screened lanai is the perfect spot tosip your morning coffee while enjoying the partial gulf views, or watching one of the many spectacular evening sunsets over the gulf.

There are 3 flat screen T.V's, cable and WiFi is included. The fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops is perfect for cooking an evening meal when you do not feel like dining out. Kid friendly. There is 1 reserved parking spot for the unit and plenty of guest parking. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
