Stayed Oct 3, 2025Overall a very nice place but water damage in a few spots around the house like the garage ceiling showing some sort of mold. The washer also had mold inside of it so we weren't able to use that. Payed for early checkin and we were not able to get in for about an hour and had to call VRBO service to get in. Community pool was nice and overall an enjoyable stay other than those few mishaps.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024I chose this property for several reasons: its proximity to my sister's home, its proximity to the beach, its size and the pool. The location was perfect for the first two reasons, the size was good, but the pool was terrible. It was not cleaned the entire week and after multiple residence use we could not enjoy it on our last day. It was cloudy and green. We wanted the pool because of the beach red flags this time of year, The grass needed cutting and the residence was not as clean as expected.

Stayed May 18, 2024This was definitely not the dreamy place I thought it was going to be. First problem I had was contacting the property management/ VRBO after booking and seeing reviews that the tv was not working properly and they assured me it was. Well when we got there. That tv had a huge green line running through the tv. So yes it may have been working but not enjoyable to watch. Secondly, it needs major renovations. The hardwood floors are so worn out that the finish is off. The outside looks like it’s starting to fall apart. The groundskeeper did not do a good job keeping up. And I understand you share the area with our houses but the amount of partying going on at all hours when you are a family and can’t sleep was unbearable. Then you wake up the next morning to find empty beer and liquor everywhere. I understand it’s Panama City but that was not relaxing for me. And the house was def not cleaned properly. Even the thermostat had so much dust on it you couldn’t even see the top of it. Then I decided to pull back one of the shades in the living room. Needless to say I just put it back. Very disappointed to spend that kind of money and not get what I paid for.

Stayed Jul 9, 2023We had a great stay. The only things I would want them to fix is the bed on the main floor. Very uncomfortable and squeaks every time you move. Also there was a fooseball table, but no balls for the kids to use. Location was great and the pool was used by the kids a lot.

Stayed Jul 18, 2022I suggest stocking more toiletries for guest. Not enough tissue and paper towels for the length of our stay. One half rolls in each bathroom.

Stayed Jun 23, 2022We had an amazing time at this vacation home. We were able to check in early which was a wonderful surprise! The townhouse was very well equipped with everything we needed especially the kitchen. It was very clean which is not always the case with rentals. It really feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here !!!
