While all Maravilla condos have a view to the Gulf of Mexico, only 12 are truly gulf-front and Seabreeze Paradise at Maravilla is one of them, with an expansive balcony and plenty of seating for your group to gather, watch the waves, the dolphins playing, and the pelicans diving. Balcony has outdoor table & chairs for al fresco dining.

Master bedroom features a king-sized bed, private 1/2 bath and balcony access, and flat panel TV.

Second bedroom features a queen-sized bedand television for DVD watching (or bring your game system). This TV is not cable connected.

Living room includes dining options of the breakfast bar as well as table & chairs, plus plenty of comfy seating for the family, flat panel, cable connected television, and sleeper sofa, plus sliding door access to balcony.

Child appropriate bunk beds built in to hallway for space savings and additional sleeping options.

The kitchen is equipped with full-sized appliances and plenty of dinnerware and cookware to prepare the most gourmet of meals or warm leftovers from any of Galveston's tasty eateries.

My Galveston Getaway provides starter supplies of toiletries, paper products, dish cleaning options and coffee to get our guests started and situated before making their shopping lists and determining which shopping option works best for their group. These supplies are not intended to last your entire group the duration of your stay - but to get started!

We also provide one bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth for each guest that the unit sleeps, along with 2 dish towels. Should you wish to have additional housekeeping services during your stay or to have linen swaps during your stay, these can be arranged with advance notice upon request at an additional cost.

After making your reservation you will receive a link to complete our renters agreement. The only information we request differently than the booking platforms (VRBO/AirBnB) is your personal email address, the names and ages of each person who will be in the property during your stay, and your driver’s license information as well as an emergency contact should we need to reach someone on your behalf. Thank you for completing this in a timely manner so that we may send you the check-in instructions for the property you have reserved.

Galveston is a barrier island in Texas located on the Gulf of Mexico. From time to time we have unexpected rain, thunderstorms, and sometimes we do have tropical storms and hurricanes. From time to time there may be brief interruptions in electricity and WiFi services due to weather. You should consider purchasing trip interruption or cancelation protection through the platforms or another source. We are unable to guarantee sunny days, mosquito free nights and perfect weather, nor do we refund for these possibilities. We issue refunds in the event of mandatory evacuations issued by a governmental agency, or for the property being unavailable due to damages and extended power outages.


For all reservations made directly through our website and through VRBO, there is a $300 security deposit “hold” required. You certainly can purchase trip cancellation/interruption coverage through those platforms as well if you so desire, this is a damage “deposit” hold. This is released once our housekeepers advise that the property has been left in the condition received with no damages occurring during your stay. This is not a charge, but a hold on the credit card on file with which the reservation is made. Should there be damages and they exceed $300 to repair or replace, you will be notified and asked to make arrangements to compensate for those items.

The east pool of the Maravilla will be closed for repairs/construction from August 18, 2025 through approximately Thanksgiving. The two pools on the west side of the complex and the hot tub there will remain open during this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding that this is 100% out of the control of My Galveston Getaway and the owners of each condominium for whom we manage.

My Galveston Getaway cancellation policy: If your cancelation is received more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, there is a $100 cancelation fee, the remainder is refundable. If your reservation is cancelled 14-30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date there is a $100 cancelation fee, 50% of the remainder is refundable. If your cancelation is made between arrival and 13 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, there will be no refund issued.

    Overall this condo/apartment was ok. It was convenient and close to the beach. My kids enjoyed a little time at the pool. The jacuzzi was a little dirty and not as warm as a jacuzzi should should be. The room was big enough for our family weekend vacation. Everyone had a place to sleep. The hallway bunk beds were nice for the kids to sleep. A few things I didn’t like was that the blankets,sheets, and pillows looked like they were not cleaned; they didn’t smell freshly cleaned. The balcony was closed off still. Before booking this condo I seen a review that it was blocked off. But this was more than a month ago when I was looking to book. I feel as though this is not being repaired and should have been attended to already. Also the trash can was dirty inside. When taking out the trash we replaced the trash bag and it looked like it had never been cleaned. There was mold and food inside the bottom of the trash can. I purposely left the trash can without a trash bag so maybe cleaning staff would see this. Also we swept the place before we left as directed. However the dust pan was not good at all. When we arrived the toilet also needed cleaning. Both toilets did not look thoroughly cleaned. There was pee underneath the toilet seat. I would definitely recommend better cleaning of bedding linens, a better dust pan for guest can sweep the unit before leaving, and better cleaning of the unit itself. Overall the reservation was ok but the rate in my opinion is overpriced for the way the condo looked.

    The condo was very clean and had a nice aesthetic. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t access the balcony. Loved being so close to the beach. Late nights made for challenges to find a parking space and once had to park outside the main lobby. Overall a good experience.

    We chose this condo based on the ad's photos of clean, modern, neutral colors and nice furnishings. When we arrived, we were disappointed to find that the condo was furnished with an old, well worn orange colored loveseat that was black with filth and stains. We had to cover it and the throw pillows with sheets to sit on it. The neutral colored walls were teal/blue instead of neutral color which is fine if the advertised pictures had shown this as so. The bathrooms were covered with thick dust on walls. Bedspreads had stains on one and a large hole on the other. The microwave has burn marks on the door. We did not use it, but assume it works. The positives are that it has a great view, directly on the seawall. Nice size balcony. The condo is stocked well with dishes in kitchen. The air conditioning works great. A few DVDs and books were provided We didn't utilize them, but a nice touch. Make sure to arrive by 5 p.m. as the condo office closes and you cannot get wristbands to access the pool, exercise room, recreational area until mid morning the next day. If you have a pet, the condo complex has a nice grass area. There is a $20 parking fee at the condo. Location is close enough to walk to movie theater, miniature golf, and Jimmy's on the Pier restaurant. We swept the condo as required before leaving, but the only broom provided was plastic and handle was bent in half so this was somewhat of a challenge. Would recommend that the condo ad pictures be updated to show the condo as it truly is with it's current older furnishings and color decor. The loveseat needs to be replaced. Also, if required to sweep before leaving, a decent broom is needed. The condo was furnished with dishwashing soap, trashbags and paper towel which is nice. We left after one full day. The weather was turning bad and we were not comfortable in the condo so returned home. We rent multiple condo/cabins each year. This is the first time we've posted less than a 4 or 5 star review.

    We had a wonderful Easter weekend at Seabreeze Paradise. Nice condo with everything we needed. The staff is very helpful, and the Maravilla has great pools, Jacuzzi and game space. We hung out by the big pool and the hot-tub, went to the beach, ate really well and raced the go-carts at the arcade next door! Thank you for a great time!

    We stayed with a couple friends and had a great time here. First thing we noticed was how great the balcony is, the view is perfect. The condo is clean. Cathi (the owner) is a PLEASURE to deal with. The pools at the property are nice too. We'll come back, for sure!

    This place was amazing! The condo was was gorgeous and had everything we could possible need and more. We had so much fun hanging out at the pool over Easter weekend. There were actually bunnies hopping around the pool! So relaxing hanging out with the kiddos, eating crawfish and enjoying the scenery. Can't wait to come back!!

    I just completed a review after staying the month of February in Seabreeze. I just reread that review online & my Rating should have been 4 Stars! I felt the need to correct this. It was a very good stay at Maravilla, reasonable rates and the Management/Owner of this unit was very responsive to all my/our questions and needs. The unit was comfortable and we enjoyed having guests, with the split bathroom concept & bedrooms a distance apart. The view from the living room was fantastic! As I stated in my first review, the weather was not what we hoped to fully enjoy sitting out on the balcony. Bring your binoculars....it was fun to look out from the balcony, for dolphins and also see all the ships docked in the Gulf. Thanks Cathie!!
