Stayed Sep 27, 2025Excellent condo-beautifully decorated & well appointed with gorgeous sunset views! Super convenient access to the beach and pool via elevator or one flight of stairs. Short walk or bike ride to nearby Rosemary and Alys Beach. The only negative is that the unit is directly next to the walkway and shuttle stop for beach access for the SeaCrest community across 30A. Consequently, the beach is packed from morning to sunset and noisy with people walking

Stayed Jun 29, 2025The condo was excellent. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The internet was a little slow and the TV would not work on Netflix or Disney . We used our personal password to log in then it would only play about 3 minutes before it said “ Not Connected To Internet”, then it would repeat this process over and over. It worked fine on the cable TV app, but none of the others.

Stayed Jun 1, 2025My family and I stayed here for our annual trip to Florida. This was by far our favorite place to stay! The villa was beautiful and just as advertised. The views of the beach were spectacular! We had an easy walk to the beach as well as shopping and restaurants. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this place exceeded my expectations! We will definitely be back and are thankful to have had such a perfect stay here!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024The condo is lovely and well stocked. We had 6 people fit comfortably. It’s walking distance to Peddlers Village and Rosemary. We loved the location! Check out live entertainment every evening at PV. The owner provided 4 beach chairs. Beautiful view of the beach. The beach was very crowded. Get there early or rent chairs. Overall the condo itself was perfect!
