Cute condo with great use of space in the condo with the beds. Glad that the complex had a heated pool. The condo could use some TLC. The coffee pot way missing, were in the emails ahead of time we were advised to buy our own coffee as only one day of supplies would be provided. There was no coffee provided. We had to go and buy kpods since coffee pot for the machine missing. The kitchen tap very shaky, needs to be secured. The kitchen disposal didn't work. The water pressure in the second bathroom was next to nothing. When renting other VRBO with pool and beaches near by, we expect a few sand buckets or pool/beach towels. There was none. There was one towel per person. No extra blankets or linen. Only has a thin quilt, glad our kids brought extra blankets. Other than a few things the condo was comfortable. Loved the luggage cart to help unload the car when we got there. The balcony was large and nice.

Nice condo in great location. Was a lot more paperwork and things to fill out prior to visit. Would definitely recommend!

Great place and responsive host. The only problem were the teens above us.

There were 4 adults in our group. We chose to visit during the off season, which was great, weather was wonderful no place was busy! We had a great visit. The on property manger was great to work with, and was the one to notify us that the power was going down on our second day there - power company was replacing the entire power system for the entire complex. The rental managing company said that they knew nothing about it. While traveling with my elderly mother I was not going to chance being without power for who knows how long. The rental co (VTrips) was vague when giving us options/compensation for the inconvenience. Needless to say we will not be renting with them again.

See you next tide is a good place to stay. The condo has everything you need. It was fairly clean. I noticed some dirt and a toenail or fingernail in the master bathroom. The fan in the living room was broken but overall we really have no complaints.

Property was fantastic, quiet and great location easy to cross the main road to the beach. We encountered few small inconveniences like: the bath tub very slippery, we had to buy a bath mat to be in the safe side, no cold water for the washer, which almost ruined some garments. All in all we enjoyed our stay here very much!

The condo was in a good location in Galveston. There is quite a bit of construction going on here (which I knew prior to arriving), so at first I kept missing the driveway in. Once we got in and tried to go get the parking pass, one elevator was down. So we walked to the next and made it upstairs to pay. Parking/pool passes are $10/night, it didn’t matter that we had a larger group, they were all included. The first night, due to construction, the fire alarm sounded at 0500 in the morning. We literally could not get up that morning and our plans were semi messed up for the day. I know that’s not the owners fault, but the construction is something to consider. One pool (the lagoon) was also down due to “too much chlorine.” Which again, wasn’t the owners fault, but it sucked for the kids. I rated it a 4 star for 2 reasons. Number 1, there are too many smart devices. The thermostat was the number 1 issue. I’m assuming the owners control the temperature from wherever they are. You can change it, but it only stays your temperature for 2 hours and then it’s back up. We woke up sweating numerous times. 73 was too hot for at night! So that was super aggravating-and I did try to contact owners/management, which leads to my number 2. I tried to get a hold of management multiple times, once prior to going to make sure all was well after Beryl and then again while we were there. We had the issue with the thermostat and also some remotes were missing batteries, no one got back with me.
