Stayed Sep 20, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the Royal Garden was a nice experience. We have been there several times and have always enjoyed ourselves. The only negative was the construction that was going on was a little annoying. We had not been warned about that.

Stayed Sep 10, 2025The plumbing was a mess it backed up in dishwasher and the hall bathroom. Could not use the dishwasher because it flooded the kitchen and backed up in the hall bathroom. The kitchen sink flooded through the dishwasher and the hall bathroom

Stayed Aug 30, 2024The place was not the one for which I had signed up! It was a little dirty, and very small the hallways were very narrow and i hit my head on the mirror in the guest bathroom and on the balcony because the door was closed and I didn’t know it.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024This condo was nice and cozy. The view alone IS AMAZING, well worth the cost. The master bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need for basic cooking and dining. The AC was nice and cool. Only 2 negative issues. The showers are not very large if you are a bigger person. Also, THE PARKING IS VERY TIGHT! ALL areas are small. Very DIFFICULT to get your vehicles in and out. My suggestion is to drive a small car!! We had a great time. I will definitely be back.

Stayed May 24, 2024We had a great stay and enjoyed it overall. We feel the property could use some minor updates but nothing to keep us from staying again. Our only complaint would be that the internet wouldn’t work and the service was incredibly slow without it. We would recommend this property and stay here again!
