Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location. Easy beach access. Friendly and helpful staff.Only negative was that only one of three elevators was working for our time at the property which led to wasted time waiting and elevator being crammed full of people.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in 1212 four times. We love this unit however the apartment needs a bit of upkeep. Broken dishwater and broken knobs on the heaters in the bathroom. We noticed the loose tiles from before had been fixed. Still love staying there and we will be back.
