Sea Winds 505...GORGEOUS!...On the Beach...Totally Renovated!

Very impressed with the property renovation - done to high standards! Had everything you’d want for a comfortable stay and the beds and pillows were the most comfortable that we have experienced in this building after 8 visits. Enjoyed our week immensely in this very comfortable property and would not hesitate to book here again.

This was our third visit, and we enjoyed our stay tremendously! The condo and views are exceptional and the hosts are wonderful!

Overall we had a great time on Marco Island and in this condo. It's as advertised- completely remodeled two bedroom with an amazing ocean front view. Easy/ private access to beach from the pool side and since it was offseason it was not crowded. The building itself - commons areas are due to all be renovated this summer and from the pic it's going to be super modern and nice. Renting the condo was super easy and the host is a 5 star host with their limited rules and quick response to questions. Picking the keys up was the easiest of any condo we've rented over the past 6 years. I expect we will return. Marco island itself of different then other touristy areas like Clearwater but has all you need just doesn't have 30 of um. Great restaurants within walking distance or a very short drive. Clean, white sand beaches with the best shelling from any other places we've been. Water is clear and you can walk / swim out to a sand bar on low tide and find ever more shells (leave the lives ones cause you'll find a lot of them there). And beach gear is new with wagon.Two opportunities for the Sea winds to improve - hope in the future they switch to key pads for all the doors and beach gate as carrying keys does get tricky specially if your group isn't all on the same schedule. And the elevators. One worked while another didn't , then the one that worked didn't and one day for a few hours neither worked. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! With every penny!!

The unit was clean and had everything you would need. We’ve stayed many places over the years and this is probably the most well stocked unit. More than enough towels and lots of spices which was nice for cooking! Many Mexicans on the beach/building so it was fun to observe the different culture and their big families. Many kites with beach music everyday making us hungry for chips and salsa haha.I would just warn anybody traveling to the area this time of year, the bugs were pretty severe. We wore a constant paste of sunscreen, hydrocortisone cream, and bug spray. Day or night, it was pretty bad. We googled and found articles reporting this is the worst they’ve been in awhile. Bring your bug spray!

This was our second visit to Sea Winds 505, and we cannot wait to return for another stay! We love this beautiful condo for its amazing view, furnishings, cleanliness, and location. The hosts are extremely attentive and helpful. We enjoyed seeing dolphins, manatees, burrowing owls, and sea turtle nests nearby.

This was our second stay in this condo. It’s a very nice, updated unit. The storage locker has everything you need for the beach. The owner is a pleasure to work with and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay there again.

Thanks to the owners for sending, prior to our arrival, a very thorough summary of what to expect in staying at their condo. Once we arrived we found it to be beautifully decorated and had all of the essentials that a family would need. Much thought obviously went into making sure we would be comfortable for a week’s stay. The restaurant recommendations were so appreciated. The ocean and pool temperatures were truly like bath water. We would definitely think about another week’s stay next year.

The property is beautiful! Very secure too. Our hosts were so kind when my husband had a quick question about beach awning. Condo very updated and super clean! We plan to stay here again!

Beautiful condo on the beach. A few steps to the beach. Chairs, umbrellas all ready for you to use. Easy communication with owners. Would definitely stay again.

We were super happy with our stay! The condo provided everything we needed and had a big balcony with great views of the ocean and sunset. The condo was very clean and updated. It was decorated beautifully. What really ended up being so great was the beach closet by the elevators. It was so nice to drop everything there so we didn’t need to get the room dirty with sand. The wagon and umbrella, along with the chairs were a game changer for the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 35th anniversary. The condo was beautiful and very well appointed. The owner checked in to see if everything was ok and if there was anything we needed, but there really was nothing more we could’ve asked for. The views were incredible. We couldn’t have asked for more relaxing vacation. We did not want to leave.

Condo was very clean and updated. The location is great, especially when traveling with kids as many restaurants are within walking distance. Loved this condo!

My husband and I stayed for a week. Owners gave us some tips of the island. They were very helpful. We had access to beach chairs and 2 umbrellas which were VERY helpful. Lanai had comfortable furniture and was lovely. I plan on going back!

We had a great stay @ the condo. There were four adults in our party with enough room for all. Each bedroom had their own private bath and shower. We used the beautiful patio for breakfast and to watch the gorgeous sunsets.On the property there are new tennis and picket-ball courts. The owner has 4 picket-ball paddles that come with the unit. The four of us used them several times and had a lot of fun. There are many great restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The condo is also convenient to other attractions. We visited the Botanical gardens and the Naples zoo. Both are worth a visit. The owner was easy to communicate with. I would gladly rent the unit again.

This condo was decorated beautifully and had a wonderful layout. Even though the square footage is on the small side, our family of 4 had no trouble at all feeling right at home for our week long vacation. The kitchen had every amenity and the beach closet was a dream come true. No need to bring anything but clothes and a relaxed attitude. Communication with the owner was above and beyond! I’m be of the nicest property owners we have had the pleasure to work with! Don’t think twice about renting this dream property! There’ll be no regrets!
