Loved the condo - all was exactly as shown on website - will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. Very clean, and great location. Close to great golf courses, good resturants and not far from the beach.

Wee have been vacationing at Sunset Beach for the past 8 years. We have stayed at different rentals in the past. This property was hands down the best! It was very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen appliances worked perfectly and all the kitchenware was clean and good quality. It was a terrific location. We were a very short drive to the beach and close enough to walk to the farmers market and a few shops. We hope to rent this property again for our annual trip next July!

The condo was lovely, great location, clean, and newly updated. However, there was a problem with cleaning crew and we were not able to get in on time. Also, most frustrating was the electronic keypad. We had to contact Vacasa multiple times to get a new code and then it took multiple times to get the code to work! We had problems with keypad for our entire stay, always having to enter code multiple times for it to unlock!! Vacasa offered a physical key but the code they gave didn’t open the key box.

Beach was around a 5 min drive or so. Each bedroom has 2 beds and a bath room.

A great get away! The cleanest place we have ever stayed!

The house was great. Great experience.

Very clean and comfortable home. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. The home had everything we needed. We loved the beachy decor. We hope to stay again soon!

Excellent location, quiet, so close to the beach ?, large unit. Only 2 of us but could accommodate so many more. Including 2 kitchens (small one as part of lock out unit). You do have to walk up to 3rd floor but once inside you’d feel you were in a single family. Played 18 holes of golf and enjoyed a different restaurant each night.

We loved the location and the cleanliness of the condo. Bathrooms were nicely updated and the refrigerator was a great size. We were easily able to check in and the management service also checked in for any information we might need. Great Stay and would definitely recommend!

Situation, equipment

We learned only a week before our stay that access to the amenities: pool and clubhouse were not available! Closed for remodeling. I asked for a refund or if there was an alternative to access a pool? This was a top priority on our list of amenities. We were given alternative information to use a pool for a fee and provided the location, phone # & address. We arrived to the location to pay the fee for use of the pool with my 83 yr Mom. We were told, No, we don’t have access to use the pool even if we pay a fee and Vacasa is known for providing misleading information regarding the amenities. After this experience, I will not go through any rentals with Vacasa and would not recommend them! Vacasa is very aware of our disappointment and did not offer any alternatives or discounts!

Wonderful second floor condo which is open and well decorated. Nice view of the Maples golf course. A few cosmetic issues but overall a great place to stay. Convient to local attractions and to the beach. Would look to stay again in the future.
