The apartment is located on the 27th floor of the famous building ORBI Sea Towers. Distance from the beach is 50 meters (right across the street). It is 10 minutes walking distance from a city center.

ORBI Sea Tower is a 24 hour reception, security and concierge service.
Our 33sqm studio apartment has a wide view of the sea as well as a private bathroom, a small kitchen and a balcony. The apartment is equipped
with a queen size double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a couch, an armchair, air conditioning and a 50 inch flat-screen smart TV. Free high speed WI-FI is provided.
The kitchen is equipped with necessary utilities like a small fridge, an electric water boiler, two cooking plates, pans, pots, glasses, cups and cutlery.
Apartment has a two bed-side lamps, a bar type of table and two chairs.
Apartment can accommodate 3 people comfortably, possibly four. It is perfect for couples or couples with children.
We are relatively new on HomeAway, that is why we have not got reviews yet. On the other hand our property is one of the best with its location and comfort. We encourage you to become one of our first guests and enjoy the beginner prices (about 20% lower than current market prices)

The apartment is located on 27. Floor of the well-known ORBI Sea Towers. The beach is 50 meters away (once across the street). The city center is also within 10 minutes walking distance. Around the Sea Towers there are several cafes, Georgian and international restaurants, the dancing water fountains, a dolphinarium, an aqua park and a 7 km long boulevard with bike lanes, football and volleyball courts and tennis courts.
The ORBI Sea Tower has a 24-hour front desk, a security desk and a concierge service.
Our 33 square meter apartment is equipped with a balcony overlooking the sea, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a queen size bed (with lamps on each side); There is a spacious closet, a couch (this can also be used as a sofa bed), a
Bar table, two chairs, air conditioning, a 50 inch Smart TV flat screen and free high-speed Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a small fridge, a kettle, two hot plates, pots, pans and dishes.
In addition, there is a hair dryer, a private washing machine, a clothes horse for the balcony and an iron and ironing board.
Up to 3 people can stay comfortably in the apartment, 4 are also possible. It is perfect for couples and small families.
We are something new at Fewodirekt, so we have no reviews. Nevertheless, our apartment is equipped with all comforts and has very good location and views.

The room location was perfect to have an amazing outside view. The room was very clean, well furnished and with a great service. It was a good experience. Simply see you again in summer and thank you very much!

I just stayed for a night, booked spontaneously. The host, David, is great, good communication, all went well. The apartment is really nice with a cool view. Will return on my next stay in Batumi for sure. And thanx for the restaurant tip.
