BEACH VIEW 2 BEDROOM CONDO ON MANASOTA KEY ISLAND

Enjoy the gulf breezes and the beautiful sunsets every night from your screened lanai, living room or from the master bedroom. You may see pods of dolphins swimming by, baby turtles crawling into the Gulf (May through October), and all sorts of birds on the beach.

The living room is comfortably furnished including a TV with cable and sliding glass door to the lanai. The kitchen iswell-stocked with all kinds of pots and pans. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A King size bed and TV are in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guest room. Includes a washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi.

The condominium community has a heated swimming pool and private beachfront. Parking is in a covered garage. The complex is located less than a mile from several restaurants and the Englewood public beach. The condo rules require a 2-week minimum stay,.

Property is in a great location, parking is very tight. Property was surface, it needed further cleaning to meet our standards. We had a few issues when we arrived and they were taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. The unit could use some TLC like new flooring and screens on the lanai. Overall a nice property.

Great Location…..right on the beach. Older condo but clean. Great views from the porch. Two issues….the stairs to the second floor are killers and parking spaces are tight and hard to maneuver into.

We loved our stay - the view from the lanai was awesome! A great condo!
