Sea Shell Cove: Condo with Golf and Water Views

Although the hose needed updating it was cozy and had everything you could possibly want.

Loved the view of the waterway and close walk to the beach.

Great location and beautiful view. We liked the stereo system that piped out to the balcony. Kids loved the swimming dock. Definitely will be coming back.

Location and price are the best in Holden Beach for a canal front home with dock.

Very clean and comfortable home. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. The home had everything we needed. We loved the beachy decor. We hope to stay again soon!

For price and distance to the walk way was pretty good. The furniture needs to be updated. The house was clean and cozy on the canal. I would stay in it again, the only suggestion I would for the owner would be to update the furniture. Everything else was good.

We loved the location and the cleanliness of the condo. Bathrooms were nicely updated and the refrigerator was a great size. We were easily able to check in and the management service also checked in for any information we might need. Great Stay and would definitely recommend!

Situation, equipment

It is a great location, and has a wonderful back porch and nice layout. Unfortunately, it is showing it’s age and could use, at least, new stairs and railings, and some new mattresses.

We learned only a week before our stay that access to the amenities: pool and clubhouse were not available! Closed for remodeling. I asked for a refund or if there was an alternative to access a pool? This was a top priority on our list of amenities. We were given alternative information to use a pool for a fee and provided the location, phone # & address. We arrived to the location to pay the fee for use of the pool with my 83 yr Mom. We were told, No, we don’t have access to use the pool even if we pay a fee and Vacasa is known for providing misleading information regarding the amenities. After this experience, I will not go through any rentals with Vacasa and would not recommend them! Vacasa is very aware of our disappointment and did not offer any alternatives or discounts!

2nd straight year staying here. Close to the beach and has access to waterway behind house.

Wonderful second floor condo which is open and well decorated. Nice view of the Maples golf course. A few cosmetic issues but overall a great place to stay. Convient to local attractions and to the beach. Would look to stay again in the future.
