* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $250 non-refundable fee per dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.

* Community Pool is not heated.

    The property was in a good location and well maintained. Elevator smelled moldy. This was the first vrbo that dd not have basic condiments (no sugar, salt, pepper). They did not even supply facial tissues and there was no ice tray make ice. The towels were scratchy.

    The place was spacious and clean. It was recently renovated, with nice furniture and decor. Please note that the furniture arrangement is different than described with pull out twin bed in the living room, not bedroom.

    We were pleased with the property, great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. It was clean, nicely furnished and well-equipped. It is on the 4th floor and when we checked in on a Saturday evening, the elevator was not working (talking to other residents it had been out between 2-3 weeks). It was fixed on our second day but it made the move-in process challenging. It would have been nice to have received a heads-up. Overall though, we would definitely recommend.
