Wonderful property and in a perfect location. Great communication and helped us resolve an issue quickly. Only note for those staying during summer- not all rooms have air conditioning so some of them do stay a little toasty especially during the day

Love love loved our stay! Close to beach, walked downtown to restaurants. 4 rooms is not easy to find in Del Mar and this fit our family nicely. It was clean and decorated very cute. Will be coming back for sure!

Generally, it was fine, but a few things were in disrepair, including the master shower, which barely drains, the non-functioning garbage disposal, and blinds that don’t operate properly.

We had 4 couples staying for 4 nights for a wedding in Del Mar. The floor plan was absolutely perfect - the family/kitchen area is open - but the bedrooms were off and felt private. It is remodeled and modern. The decor is very modern.

Wonderful trip! Great house and location!

Stayed for a few weekdays to celebrate my dad’s birthday. Had tickets to a concert at the Del Mar fair and then did a beach day. This property couldn’t have been better regarding location and accommodating for my family. We walked to the fairgrounds with a stroller and a 2 month old. Was able to hit a brewery on the way to the concert and the walk was less than a mile. The next day we spent a day on the beach and the walk was literally across the street and down a block, couldn’t have been closer. If we left something at the condo we could walk back and grab it no big deal. Will definitely be staying here in the future because we had the best time and absolutely loved the location and ability to walk places so easily. The home itself is very clean and modern with its upgraded appliances. Beautiful views and large open concept kitchen and living area.

Had a great week with the extended family. This was a perfect spot, easy walk to the beach, to shopping in Del Mar, and to the fair.

We stayed 3 nights in this lovely property. The condo is well-appointed and very stylish. The host responded to any messages quickly as well. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, even within walking distance. We did not go to the beach but it is just one block away. I would certainly stay here again.
