Sea Escape ~ Fully Renovated ~ Beach Gear credit included ~ Pool Access

We had a wonderful stay. Our beach access was closed at the time, but the next access was very close and did not cause us any problems.

Property was lovely. Everything about the condo was beautiful and perfect. But was disappointed that there was no boardwalk like description said and we had to walk a bit to get to beach. My husband has Parkinson’s, which is why it was a disappointment.

Wonderful condo right on the beach. Clean and newly renovated. Perfect place to relax away from crowds and within Wild Dunes. While the beach is right out front, erosion protection limits walking right out front - but it’s a short walk to the next property down which has beach access. All in all a great stay in a place that checked all my boxes.

It was nice being able to wake up to view of the ocean but outside of that, the condo was less than desirable.We were provided only 2 rolls of toilet paper for five of us for a 3 night stay which was very inconvenient. There is no water system in the fridge so if you want water, you either have to drink tap water or you have to bring it or go to the Harris Teeter (which is about 10-15 minutes away). It would of been nice to be provided a couple of bottles of water upon arrival as we did not have time to get to the store until the next day. Additionally, there were only 6 shower towels so we had to use our sparingly - we would of loved having additional towels. Lastly and most ridiculously is that there were no pool/beach towels provided. The credit is apparently only if you stay for 4 nights. It is a bit absurd to be a beachfront property and not provide pool/beach towels. Several of us had to use our shower towel.The walk to the open access on the beach is about a 6-8 minute walk and there are no restrooms so if you are out on the beach and you need to go to the restroom, you will have to walk 6-8 minutes back. And the beach is small.At no issue of the condo or owner, note this condo is at the end of the island and if you are trying to get off island when everyone is leaving the beach, it can take close to 30 minutes to just get to the bridge as the main road is a one way road. I would personally recommend staying closer to the bridge!

We were so happy when we walked in and the property was clean, comfortable, and easy settle into. We would recommend this place to anyone!

The condo was beautiful!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and well equipped. We loved the view of the ocean and how the condo overlooked the pool. We definitely appreciated the added equipment rental that was included. We rode bikes almost every day. We would definitely come back.

Property was in a great location, very clean and the bed was really very comfortable which is very important. However, within 15 minutes of being there my son tried to open his closet door and the handle came right off. My husband took a shower and hung his towel on the towel rack and it fell off. Another day into the stay I find out from my daughter that the guest bathroom shower water will not get warm forcing 4 of us to use one bathroom shower. And then the day before we left that shower clogged and water was draining so slowly that you had to hurry to finish. These are slightly minor things, but altogether for the price of almost 700 a day I expected better. Communication from the management office seemed a little slow, so hard to get anyone out to fix anything when there’s a day between responses and we were only there for 4 days. We loved the area but unfortunately we won’t be staying at this particular property again.

Great condo. They don’t photo that the pool is also right outside your porch, for the most part is was quiet. Kitchen had EVERYTHING including a second refrigerator. Loved the decor. The beds and pillows could be more comfortable.

This was a great location. The property was beautiful, pool was very nice. Condo was clean and as pictured. The only downside was there was a lot of construction. They were trying to prevent erosion so dump trucks were filling the beach with sand. The parking lot was under construction the whole time we were there as well. We still enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property, well appointed and maintained. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed.
