Nice Views of the Gulf of Mexico from the screened balcony - you'll spend most of your time here, even though you'll thoroughly enjoy the inside of this recently updated condo, too. There are nice furnishings in the living room, a ceiling fan, and a large screen TV with cable and numerous DVD's to watch. Dine at the large 'breakfast bar,' or out on the balcony. There are 2 bathrooms, and a completely renovated kitchen with a counter-high refrigerator. Both bedrooms have king-size beds, a ceiling fan, a sliding door for access to an open balcony, and lots of sunlight and gulf breezes. The master bedroom has a TV, an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower combined a few steps down the hallway.

The ground-floor garage has parking space for 1 car, a full-size washer and dryer, full-size refrigerator, BBQ grill, beach toys, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. A large beautiful sandy private beach is literally steps away.

The condo is within walking distance to the restaurants on the island. Or call the restaurant for a ride in their new golf-carts, just remember to give the driver a tip. There are lots of water activities to entertain yourself and the kids - fishing, kayaking, jet-skiing, etc. Or bring your bikes and travel up the island through the canopy road. There are some interesting trails at the public beach in the middle of the island (Blind Pass Beach) and at the southern end of the island (Stump Pass Beach).
