Stayed Jul 21, 2025Our family of 4 had a wonderful time in this unit in Sea Colony. It was really well stocked with extras — the owner thought of everything you might need. The place was nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great. It was close enough to walk to the beach(about 10-15 minutes) but it was also close to several tram stops. We enjoyed sitting out on the shaded porch at all times of the day. We would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025The owner keeps the house in very good conditions, with very well cared decoration. Everything works perfectly. Besides that, she is generous; plenty of coffee pods in different kinds, tees and infusions, towels everywhere in mint conditions, sheets and pillows the same....even water bottles (not the usual 2 or 3, but many).... The house is located very close to many amenities, and only 5 minutes driving from the beach (10-15 walking). At night you don't have noice, is very peaceful.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This vacation spot has it all! It is very clean, well stocked with coffee, tea, books and puzzles. Very close to the tennis courts and shuffle board. Walkable to the beach. A great location!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Short walking distance to the tram stop. Parking was close and always available. The showers had good water pressure. The fridge kept things very cold. Nice open layout and a good home if you plan on going out more than staying in.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed our 4-night stay. The unit was exceptionally clean with a thoughtful layout. We appreciated the details such as the linen package, Keurig and standard coffee maker, and toiletries. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a lovely condo. Hard to say anything negative… but a suggestion… being a very private person, I felt some kind of curtain on the windows leading to the porch, would give privacy. The Pickle Ball courts are right across from the living room, even dog walkers can look right in….just a thpught.
