Sea Colony, Walk to Beach & Tennis--Beautiful, Sparkling Clean Getaway!

What a bright, lovely and clean place! Convenient to tennis and down town, lots of space to sit outside on the spacious porch. Host is responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Property is very lovely, clean and well equipped kitchen. It was further to the beach as your advertising indicated. Beach was very nice, but thanks to the host, I learned that we have to drive there.When it was a problem with AC your agents kept me on line for a long time and didn’t have any solution except calling the owner, who was out of the country. Fortunately the owner contacted a person overlooking the property and everything was repaired at the end of the day. Nevertheless, the night at 80F at home and thd entire day was lost!

We loved the convenience of the location of this property. We were walking distance to the beach and the marketplace- even moving at kid pace. There was pool about a block away and the tennis center was right across the street. The property was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for the week.

Owner was very responsive. Perfect for a family of 4 to relax, play tennis and head to the beach.

From beginning to end our stay met all of our expectations - great location, beautiful condo - inside & out, quiet and close to the beach and restaurants! And don't forget the shopping too! We can't wait to return!

Overall a great property, very clean and straightforward experience. Would’ve liked to have linens, towels provided by host. Also the 9a checkout was not ideal when packing up a family.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment is cozy but spacious, and nicely laid out. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Drink refrigerator is a bonus! There is a large quaint terrace in the back with a view of the pond. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The location is excellent in terms of proximity to the village center and to the beach. Most days we didn't bother with the tram and just walked to the beach - about a 12 minute walk. Tennis center is right across the road, and the main pool is about 8 minutes walk. Just don't forget that bedding and towels are not included - we didn't pay attention to the welcome e-mail that was sent to us and ended up going to TJ Maxx in Rehoboth Beach to buy bedding.

Outstanding accommodations - best maintained and equipped house we have stayed in over 15 years at Sea Colony. Slip-up in communications with VRBO resulted in us not knowing combination for access to house and also that bed linens/towels were needed. But that turned out to be a minor detail as the house was excellent.

July 2024 was our third stay at this property. It continues to be clean and well kept. It is the perfect amount of room for our family and has all the convenience that we need. Every year continues to feel more like home. The owner is also very responsive and quick to notify you of any changes. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

This is our 4th time staying at this property. We love it! It’s conveniently located to the beach and Sea Colony marketplace as well as several pools. We scootered and rollerbladed to the beach and walked to the T1 pool. We’ll definitely be staying at this property again. The condo has everything you’d need for a week at the beach and the back porch is great to have your morning coffee or relaxing in the evenings. Suzanne is a great host and is wonderful with keeping us up to date with pertinent information regarding our stay.
