Stayed Aug 6, 2025Need cable when u have grand kids at the beach. The property accurately stated no cable but we will watch for this in future listings selection but I believe it will hurt them on rentals if renter reads that detail.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Loved this unit. Faced the small lake with a restful screen porch. Immaculate upon entry. And the amenities of Sea Colony are numerous. Great vacation all around.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We just recently completed our week vacation and had a great time!!! This condo is in the perfect location, right next to the aquatic center and the tram stop. The aquatic center was just recently renovated and now has a splash pad area which was perfect for our toddler. The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen amenities. The screened in porch was beautifully lit with string lights which provided a great ambiance to enjoy some nighttime relaxation. The only complaint we had was that the Roku TV was a bit confusing to figure out and it would be nice to have instructions with that. Overall a wonderful vacation and we would definitely rent here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved everything about this home. In the past, we have showed up at check-in and have had to clean the house ourselves.....NOT WITH THIS ONE. This home was spotless and had everything we needed. The decor was very nice and we really felt like we were at home. Highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfect place to stay with a big family. Place was very clean and updated with everything you need. Super close to the pool and a 5 min ride to the beach.
