Sea Colony Tennis 2nd floor condo w/shared pool, hot tub, pickleball courts, gym

This property exceeded my expectations. It was recently renovated and everything felt clean and new. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of extra linens. I would definitely return.

Loved this beach house. Beautiful decor and upgraded amenities and bathrooms. Only complaint is the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise, this was an excellent place to stay.

We spent a great week here as a family with two grown children. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped (no condiments though), with a spotless kitchen and bathrooms. The oversized balcony was a great bonus. The location is convenient—close to the tram for easy beach access. We also rented bikes, which made it easy to get to the town center without worrying about parking. A relaxing, well-located stay!

We enjoyed staying at the house. Easy to use PIN to get in. We liked the amenities. Kids especially loved the multi-level setup where they could have their own level to play and sleep. Will book this house or a similar one in the future.

This place was perfect. Very spacious for 7 people. Nicely decorated. We loved having so many bathrooms. Great location. Awesome pools. The trams were wonderful for getting to the beach. In particular, Cody the tram driver was so fun and energetic. He made even the tram rides fun. Also we were pleasantly surprised with the new Pickleball courts! Would highly recommend!!! My only issue was I wish I had known linens were included. We brought them down because we always have taken them to Sea Colony in the past. But, nice to know for the future visits. Definitely five stars!

Overall the property is in a nice location, nice updates to the home and newer furniture, plenty of space for our family of four. The property does have a big ant problem which was fairly annoying. We did our best to keep them at bay, but even with morning and evening sweeping and Lysol wiping, the ants were everywhere. Also, upon our arrival, they obviously had forgotten to clean as in one of the bathrooms as the toilet was filthy, there were used towels under the sink, and old bedding piled in the bedroom closet. The sheets and towels from the renters before us sat on the front porch until Thursday. We didn’t feel comfortable having anyone come back into the property once we were there (Covid) so I ended up spending my first evening there cleaning everything to make sure it was in fact clean. Disappointing way to start vacation.

Overall, the pictures were a good representation of the property. The only thing that was totally different were the bedspreads in all of the bedrooms. They were all much cheaper quality and less colorful than what was pictured and I cannot figure out why this was. The home had a few problems that were quickly rectified by the Resort Quest Maintenance staff which included sugar ants at the sliding glass doors, helping to get the a/c up to speed and replacing a blender that did not work. Sea Colony is a beautiful resort and we were very pleased with the beautiful grounds. We actually had a week planned in a southern state but had to cancel our vacation days before due to Covid-19 due to our home state's directives about returning to a quarantine situation. We were fortunate to be able to rent in Bethany and fortunate to be able to go.

We had a wonderful experience at Sea Colony. We hope to return every year! My family really enjoyed the privacy of the beach house and the quick accessibility of all the amenities. Checking in and out was really easy. We made many memories during the few days we visited. We drove down to Ocean City Boardwalk and up to the Rehoboth Boardwalk. Rehoboth has Funland, which was perfect for the little ones. We also stopped at Mama Maria's on the way to Rehoboth, and the food was delicious! There are so many things to do at both the resort and along the coast, with drives of about 20 mins to each of the other boardwalks. The Bethany Beach Boardwalk has a large playground and an arcade, along with reasonably priced shops and food. This vacation was awesome, and we look forward to staying with Sea Colony again next year!
