Stayed Dec 31, 1969We love this location at sea colony. Easy access to beach, pool, and restaurants/shops. Bedrooms and living rooms were very nice. Kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated but effective. We would definitely book this spot again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Convenient to the beach and a pool. The bedding is comfortable. Overall cleanliness was an issue. Unit is in need of a bathroom update. Ice maker and toaster were broken. First floor bedroom is in need of working dresser drawers. Also the closet for this bedroom is really not a closet but the mechanical room.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family of 4 just stayed here and we loved it for many reasons, the beds are super comfortable, there is plenty of space, the tvs are large, the cleanliness was the best we have encountered (and we travel a lot), the location was perfect( short bike ride to everything you could want and beach) and lastly- the amenities at the sea colony are the best! There are so many pools, the daily activities the kids could take part in and we especially loved the bonfire at the beach. Thanks for a great place, we had an amazing time!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family had a lovely stay. The space was more than we needed as a family of 3. The space was bright and we liked the updated floors on the first floor. You can tell the owners thoughtfully put care into their home. Location was right by Tennis Pool 1 (which unfortunately was closed during our stay due to covid staffing shortages but would have been super convenient had it been open.) 5 min walk to the shops/restaurants at Marketplace and easy walk to the beach. Bedrooms are large and beds were comfy!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family of five had a wonderful stay in this home in August. When we arrived, we were pleased with how nice and clean everything was. It was decorated nicely and we felt at home right away. The description says two bedrooms + loft but it's really like having three bedrooms. We loved how close this home was to the beachfront. We walked to get ice cream in the evenings at the marketplace, and it wasn't too far to walk across the highway to the beach. This is a cute beach house that we would definitely stay at again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969If we came back to Sea Colony, we would not come to this home. We stayed here for a week. For the first 3 days we were convinced we were not allowed to have the AC below 74... in June. This was due to an outdated note the owner left up, stating that setting the AC lower would cause the unit to freeze up and not thaw out for 24 hours. We called the Vacasa office, and this turned out not to be the case. Apparently, the owners were fine with us being uncomfortable to save a couple of bucks. Btw - that's 74 degrees downstairs. Upstairs, where my kids slept, was 80, We arrived to find someone else's laundry in the washer and dog food in clothes closet. We later learned that there was a live hornet's nest above the front door. Using the outdoor shower, there were not slats or platform to stand on. Just a slab which was below ground level, and they had just laid new mulch. So while washing off from the beach or pool, we stood in muddy mulch water. Around day 5, my father in law (who is by no means obese) sat on one of the chairs on the porch, which ripped underneath him due to dry rot, and he nearly fell completely through the seat. Closets wouldn't close. There was rust in tubs and on the refrigerator door. There's just a whole laundry list of what we didn't like.
