    It was fine for 2 nights. Bathroom door doesn’t lock or latch because something is happening to the floor. Floor really should be fixed.

    The property overall is very nice. We stayed in a condo which was laid out nicely. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been updated in a while so there were loose tiles in the bathroom as well as some mold. Overall, the location is nice and has nice amenities. Unfortunately, it doesn’t make up for some deferred maintenance.

    The unit overall wasn’t bad it seemed clean. Nice location and everything worked great. However, It had a massive smell. Management offered an air purifier they were to leave on the pitch but I didn’t get it. The bathroom tiles were loose. The bed for me was uncomfortable and the pillows were in bad shape.

    Great location next to tennis. Parking was easy. Definitely needs updating. Paint is peeling off the walls, mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, screen door is damaged, cracked and uneven tiles in the bathroom, vertical blinds on the sliding glass door were off and laying on the chair.

    There appears to be mold in the bathroom (in the ceiling and around the air vent), and there are large areas of peeling paint throughout the condo that appear to be caused by water damage. The door between the bedroom and the bathroom is warped and does not close. There are uneven floor tiles in the bathroom, and the ceiling in the bedroom is stained. Much of the furniture is also stained. We could also hear everything (walking, running, rolling, crying, yelling, etc.) from the family staying above us. At times, it sounded like someone was pounding on the ceiling. On a positive note, the WiFi worked well, and we could walk to the beach.

    The unit was fairly nice, needs some good cleaning and fixing. There is mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the lint in the dryer has not been cleaned for a while. The screen is not secured on the screen door. People above us were noisy and inconsiderate, a notice should've been given out so they are aware the floors and the walls are thin and NOT noise retardant!

    We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend to anyone booking to not plan on using that pull out sofa bed. It’s not comfortable at all. If the king bed can accommodate your party, book! It’s a nice comfortable bed. Overall, we were really pleased and would not only recommend the Sea Colony, but we would definitely consider booking again!

    This place smells of bleach and moth balls. There are many areas of mold. The paint is peeling off the walls, possibly they painted over mold instead of doing the necessary repairs. No wi-fi the entire length of my stay which also means no tv. Good luck entertaining children. Also there were 2 dvd players and not 1 dvd in the unit. The toaster was broken. They left a new one to replace it which is the bottom of the line. There is no insulation between the floors so you hear every foot step and conversation above you. The location is very convenient to Sea Colony condos across the road and you can walk to shops.
