    Our unit was much better than what we experienced in 2023. A nice unit with good amenities. We like Sea Colony tennis and the beach.

    The Villa was very comfortable for the 2 adults and 3 grown kids who shared the flat. The villa had great light, a comfortable living room and dining room for us all to hang out, two well equipped bathrooms, and was directly across from a tram station. We really liked that we could walk to the aquatic and fitness centers, and the daily food trucks!

    We had two grandsons at loose ends because their school was yet to start. Sea Colony was perfect with easy beach access and a great racket program. I've started to play pickleball; we reserved (free) an indoor court two nights and the clinic I enrolled them them was excellent as was the one I attended. We didn't have time for all the things there were to do. The unit had ample room to spread out, a huge primary suite and we loved the screened porch. I'm thinking about going again for longer.

    Well maintained lower level sea colony condo! We stayed for a long weekend as my parents were staying nearby. The den makes a lovely little office. Very clean and kitchen had everything we needed.

    We loved the quiet community and all of the amenities. The tram to the beach was very convenient. Had a great 5 day getaway!

    Very spacious and clean. Amazing screened in porch and bonus den that acts as a 3rd bedroom. Limited cooking utensils and no toilet paper. Parking was challenging but it was a holiday.

    The home had everything we needed for another great vacation at Sea Colony. Clean house and friendly staff at VACASA. Would recommend the house to others.

    First time ever at Sea Colony. Did not realize first floor did not mean without stairs. 56090 presented well. Being our first time we did not know what to expect. My issues- Shower towels poor quality, ice machine in fridge/freezer broke. Maybe waiting for a part. Pieces in storage room. Kitchen definitely clean, No sign of pests at all. Windows in living room great for drinking coffee and watching sun rise. as well as screened in porch if you want to sit outside. No dedicated parking. Biggest gripe not on 56090. Vacasa worker made a big deal about going in early while cleaning people there. I watched for 1 hour and 15 minutes while nobody was inside 56090. Vacasa worker needs more training and how to talk to people. It should be a 3. Towel situation pissed me off. Also no toilet paper had to go store and buy.

    It’s such a great neighborhood for kids the open aired tram is so fun the private beach and all of the activities and pools. The apartment itself the drain in the master bathroom whirlpool bath did not work,some of the blinds on the windows had fallen off. But overall we found the apartment very clean it was great to have linens provided , ac and washer dryer
