Inside, kick back in the stylish, sun-soaked living areas featuring elegant furnishings, natural wooden accents, vaulted ceilings, and worldly decor. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests are welcome to use the storage shed located in the carport to stow beach gear. Elevator access available. All TVs are streaming and cable enabled. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Please respect the no dog policy. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
