Stayed Oct 11, 2025We were supposed to come down during a tropical storm and our host emailed me to ask if we would like to switch days so that we could enjoy our trip during nice weather. That was so very sweet and thoughtful. We took her up on that offer and had a wonderful stay and seeing all the aftermath of the storm when the sun came out.

Stayed Aug 18, 2025This is our second stay at this apartment - and it was better than we remembered. The apartment is clean, updated and we found it a great fit for our family of four (two young kids, 3 and 6). Our hostess was great- very easy to reach and communicate with. And you just can't beat Sea Colony's location for beach access. Highly recommend!

Stayed Sep 26, 2024We had a wonderful stay, the unit was as described and had great finishes in both bathrooms and the kitchen. Plenty of room for a family of 4. The gorgeous view from the Master bedroom was the icing on the cake!

Stayed Jun 16, 2024This rental feels like a home. Well stocked kitchen, updated, very clean, and well maintained. The view of the ocean is wonderful and the location to shops and restaurants across the street and a few blocks away to downtown Bethany boardwalk can’t be beat. The sea colony pools and amenities are fantastic and easily accessible for teens who want to do their own thing. The property owner had great communication and quick responses. Highly recommend this property for a great week at the beach!
