Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
There will be nearby construction now through Mid-May, 2024. There will be noise, but the unit will be accessible at all times. Please use caution when entering the building and obey signage.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
We love the beach the staff are amazing. The chair and umbrella rental guys are the best they work so hard and deserve to be treated well .The one issue we had the alarm went off twice on the last night we stayed . I called security at 12:17am to report the issue to James he said he sent officers up to take care of the situation. He didn’t answer my question what was the cause of this issue. We have a child with autism that was woken up by this horrible sound. So finally get him settled back down only have this happen again at 1:40 am I called again and reached James from security. He was not letting us know what is happening and why again this alarm went off is it something we should be concerned about. Again we were woken up abruptly from our sleep. I wasn’t pleased with the response of letting me and my family know what is going on. It’s disturbing to woken up in middle once which Okay things happen but twice . This really put a damper in our stay . It’s ashame that it happened after a great stay our lifeguard Ellie was awesome too . There lucky to have good people working for them . Glen who was at the pool has a great personality and really goes above and beyond for the guests staying at Sea colony. I hope this team gets some recognition as it’s well deserved being from the Hospitality industry for over 30 years it’s an important component to make your staff feel appreciated. The accommodations were very nice, and very comfortable. It was a corner unit, which gave us a great view of the ocean. We shared the unit with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 year old granddaughter. There was a doll house that she loved to play with every day. The beach was great, the water was warm, and there was a lifeguard stand right there. Overall, a great two week stay.
This beautiful unit easily accommodated our extended family of 10. The residence was larger than pictured and we really enjoyed the wrap-around balcony. The laundry facilities, which are located in the kitchen, were really convenient. We were very happy with this condo!

This property was awesome! Beautiful view, great location, very well appointed kitchen. We had 8 in our party and we never felt crowded. We highly recommend Fins restaurant and Sandy Pony Donuts. Both walking distance and DELICIOUS! Enjoy! We sure did!
This condo was beautiful and had the most excellent views. Plenty of room so everyone has their own space. Plus it was stocked with games, books, DVDs, etc. There are plenty of swimming pools and a beautiful beach. Close to restaurants and the Bethany boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again.
