Sea Colony oceanfront 3rd floor condo w/ tennis court, shared sauna, elevator

We recently stayed at this condo and had both positive and less positive takeaways. The location is fantastic — very close to the beach, which made it easy and enjoyable to get to the beach with kids. The beds were also quite comfortable, and check-in/check-out was seamless.That said, the pictures make the condo appear more updated than it actually is. The bathrooms are older and could benefit from some upgrades, and they didn’t feel as fresh and clean as we would have hoped. The kitchen cookware was also limited in quality, which made cooking a bit challenging.With some improvements in the bathrooms and kitchen, this condo has the potential to be a wonderful place to stay given its great location.

Sea Colony has it all—beautiful beach, many awesome pools, tennis, pickle ball! And all within walking distance to BB Boardwalk, shops, and many great restaurants. The condo was fairly well equipped, master bed was comfortable, and it was close to lovely pool and easy walk to beach. We would definitely visit Sea Colony again.

Loved being close to the beach. TVs are very nice and Wi-Fi worked flawlessly.

We had an easy check in, beautiful spacious unit near the ocean. We loved the master bedroom and the beds were comfy.

This condo is on its way to being awesome. I feel as though the owners are in the middle of a remodel and the bathrooms/kitchen will be the last to be done. The living area and bedrooms were wonderful. We did have an issue with the laundry it hadn’t been installed and the wiring was done incorrectly so I would make sure it’s up and running if laundry is a necessity for you. Overall the place was nice. I would definitely stay again once all updates are complete.

Building was close to everything. The parking spot was perfect where you could load and unload outside of the covered garage. Just steps to the beach and pool. Furnishings super cute and the beach wagon and toys super thoughtful. I would love to stay here again!

The picture of the property showed a new property. It was not new. It was old. The master bedroom bed smelled. It’s right side was unsleepable. The master shower had mold all over the inside curtain.

The unit was perfectly furnished and supplied. My family and I had enough space to lounge and watch movies when not outdoors. I will definitely book again!

We felt very comfortable staying here. It is close to the staircase which we liked and which we used to go down quickly instaed of walking to and waiting for the elevator. The assigned parking spot is good for tall vehicles, I had fishing poles and would not have been happy parking under the building. Although it does not have a view of the ocean the courtyard is peaceful and relaxing and you can hear the waves crashing and get a nice sea breeze. You will not forget you are at the beach. The beds were comfortable but the large bunk bed had memory foam for whoever may prefer that. The master shower could use some attention but had good pressure and was hot. I was pleased to have a normal coffee machine and iron which was not in the description. We also had lots of fun with the pool toys and basketball. It was a family trip and we had a total of 5 rooms and the whole complex was great. Vacasa made this a piece of cake to coordinate and I would absolutely do it again. Seagate is a gem on a little slice of happiness.

Loved Sea Colony facilities, the pool and how close the beach is to this unit. The unit could use a better vacuum and more silver ware.
