Our favorite place to stay in Bethany! Location is great, and the first floor condo is perfect for getting right out onto the beach.

We had another great stay! You cannot beat the wonderful quiet location of this condo. Steps to the beautiful Sea Colony beach. Mary takes care to have all the important items stocked for her guests. It’s very comfortable. We love staying here!

Perfect location at sea colony DE. Modern renovated unit which was very spacious for our family of 4 (with space for more) as we used only 2 of the 3 befrooms. Unit opens up to a quiet corner of sea colony high rises then right into beach. Well furnished kitchen with new dishes, cookware and utensils and with washer dryer. Attentive owner with helpful guidance listed around in unit . We parked our bikes in designated area next to garage . Great location overall . We’ll come again.

This was our third year staying here. Everything was cozy, location was terrific. Will definitely be back!

We love staying here! From the tasteful decor, updated appliances, and comfy beds, to the easy walkout access (great with small kids), this place has never disappointed us.

We have been staying at the Sea Colony for several years now, the last few at this property. The location can’t be beat, with kids the first floor location is ideal. The condo is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need. The beach locker with chairs and umbrella is very convenient as well. Great place to stay!

Unit is situated on the ground level which makes it so easy to get to the pool and beach. The only issue is you don’t get that entire ocean view that being higher might achieve. However, the convenience for me outweighs it. The unit was very clean and the owner was amazing at getting back to you if you had any concerns . Overall it was a great experience in her unit and I would recommend renting from her .she takes a lot of pride in her unit and keeping her guests comfortable.

We recently stayed at this fantastic condo at Sea Colony in Bethany Beach, Delaware, and it was an exceptional experience! This is our second year vacationing at Sea Colony and in this unit. Once again the well-appointed kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals. The comfortable beds and furniture made our stay so relaxing; we felt right at home again from the moment we walked in. The condo’s location is ideal, just steps away from the beach and pools, including a kiddie pool which our little ones absolutely loved. Being on the 1st floor of the end building was a huge plus—minimal waits for the elevator and easy access to the stairs. This made getting in and out with our young children a breeze. The wide open space outside our unit is perfect for enjoying a meal or for the kids to hang out. We loved our evening walks around the promenade and along the beach. The owner was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with, ensuring our stay was seamless. Additionally, the reserved parking spot right outside the building is so convenient, as is the nearby tram spot that took us to the west side amenities, including the kid's splash pad. Overall, this unit is perfect for families with small children, offering both comfort and convenience. We highly recommend Bethany Beach, Sea Colony and this unit for a family fun filled beach vacation and are already planning our next trip!

This is our second year in a row staying at Mary’s property. We cannot say enough about the cleanliness, comfort, and convenience of the property. We have three young children and haul a lot of stuff to the beach so the first floor is great for us. Being on an end unit means a lot less traffic and noise, as well. We had a light out when we arrived and Mary immediately had the maintenance man there to take care of it. Overall, we had a great vacation! Thanks again Mary!
