    We really liked this condo. It is standard Sea Colony condo, but I liked the decor. I definitely recommend it.

    If you have a family with children of any age, we highly recommend Sea Colony! From start to finish, our stay was absolutely phenomenal. The pools are extraordinarily clean and heated year round. It is a very short walk to the beach for those of us who have to take massive amounts of beach toys to appease the kids. The beach is private and was not crowded any day (we were there during primetime season). This resort is also walkable to downtown Bethany with ease. This was our first time staying here but we will absolutely be back for years to come and have already recommended it to many of our friends. Thank you for making it easy for parents to enjoy themselves on vacation!

    We rented the unit as part of a large family vacation. The living room and dining room were comfortable. The kitchen was small, but functional. The mattress in the master bedroom was uncomfortable and lumpy. Both bathrooms were outdated and the tile needed to be really scrubbed. The patio was a great place for my family to gather. The location to the beach was great as well.

    The second bathroom shower is way too small for a grow adult, the master bathroom has an unusual way to turn the shower on - which is not explained, the after hours check in process was a nightmare (nobody at the number we were given to call had a clue what to do) and the parking is not intuitive so needs to be explained. Worst was the AC, which bangs extraordinarily loudly when it comes on and made it impossible to sleep with the AC on.

    We had a great first visit to Sea Colony! While the condo was outdated, it was clean. Wish there was more information provided for parking a third car, especially since we arrived after hours for the offsite locations (after 4pm). Location was amazing! Loved the tram service! Easy access to the beach and pool! We had a great stay. Thank you!

    Our rental was beautiful. The process from initially renting to when we checked out was seem less and easy and just steps from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

    We had to wait until 4pm to check into the rental “because of Covid” If the place were spotless, we would have understood the wait. The cleaning staff did not really clean much at all. The place was dirty when we occupied the space. Dust, Filthy Couch, Grimey bathroom floors and the patio was disgusting. We put in a request to have the back patio cleaned because it was slimy and had ants everywhere and they didn’t really do a great job so we thought, why bother calling to request a deeper clean of the condo. Other than that, it was convenient to be in the first floor with easy access to the beach. It just needs a deep cleaning which I’m sure the owners probably weren’t aware of and will take care of it.
