Sea Colony Ocean Second Floor Condo with Pool, Tennis Court, and Free WiFi

We had a great trip! I have stayed at Sea Colony many times, and this condo was among the better appointed that we have rented in terms of kitchen (appears to have been renovated recently), decor, tvs, etc. The floors were fairly sandy/grimy when we arrived (understanding that some sand is inevitable at the beach), but I hope that was just a fluke in the cleaning process, and it certainly wouldn't impact my decision to rent this condo or stay at Sea Colony again.

This was the perfect getaway for our family of six! The second floor condo made it super convenient to make trips back and forth to the beach. And the kitchen was fully stocked with high end appliances which made dinners a breeze! My only complaint would be the poor quality bath towels that were provided. Skip them and pack your own next time!

Nice beach town with all the comforts of home. Pools were perfect temp. Beach fills up very early in the morning. People take their chairs & umbrellas to mark their spot & leave. Lots of restaurants loaded with crab cakes & seafood but you have to expect to wait. No where did they take reservations & parking is a challenge but we always managed to find one, and the food was always good. Overall a nice family vacation.

The unit was very clean, well maintained, well stocked. Beds very comfortable. We loved the view and were very happy!

Great location, Very very clean, reserved parking was right outside of elevator lobby. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

As always, we love staying at Sea Colony. This unit just wasn't that nice. Everything was dirty, from the dishes to the showers and washing machine. There was black mold in the shower and washing machine! Wouldn't stay in this unit again.

Condo was nice, plenty of room for 6 adults. Was well supplied with all the necessary cooking and eating utensils. 2nd floor was very convenient to everything. Check in was easy we did it all online. The condo is very pretty and well decorated with a good amount of seating. We found that it was a bit dirty.The basics were cleaned... sinks and toilets but shower floors, baseboards, woodwork And shelves in pantry needed a good wiping out. The Cloth place mats were dirty So we did not use any. The blanket for master bed was bunched up on the floor In the closet and closet floor was very dusty and sandy. We used our own blanket and sheets. Due to Covid 19 the gym and classes are limited so be flexible with your plans. We were disappointed the pools close at 6pm Felt like that was kind of early. Overall it was a great vacation!

Great location and very clean. Two of the four TV’s did not work but overall excellent property.
