During your stay, you'll have access to a half-mile of private guarded beach, indoor/outdoor pools, and championship tennis courts. A convenient shuttle makes it easy to access all Sea Colony amenities, and it's a short walk to the center of Bethany Beach with numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Take the elevator up to the thoughtfully upgraded condo with modern appliances, smart TVs, and nautical decor, this family-friendly condo is your ticket to beachfront paradise. Spend endless hours on the balcony, with high-top Adirondack seating to maximize the ocean views. Create your favorite recipes in the beautifully updated kitchen, equipped with sleek countertops, under cabinet lighting, stainless steel appliances, and an oven with a built-in air fryer! Dine together at the adjacent table or on the balcony, then kick back and watch TV shows in the sun-soaked living room. Central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer provide comfort during your stay. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
