Sea Colony. Ocean Front Condo 3 Bedroom New designer kitchen and baths

The condo could use some updating, especially in the bathrooms.

The space was clean and the location and views were wonderful! Bill was super responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time even though the weather did not cooperate. The home was well equipped and very nice.

The place was great. Owners were very responsive and polite to needs. Beds are comfortable, couch is big and comfortable to watch TV at night with family. Bath’s are clean. Kitchen and appliances including washing machine are new. We only used kitchen to warm stuff up and make apps. We eat out at Penguin for breakfast and at restaurants in Bethany and Rehoboth every day so we didn’t cook, but all nice. We also brought our own linens, blankets and our pillows so we put owners blankets/pillows in closets while there. Condo has full cable in rooms for TV, but we brought our Apple TV to watch on main TV with all our apps. WiFi was great! Our only issue is my daughters room a little warmer then master with AC. We used owners fans and kept door open while sleeping- Mainly back room with twins. Overall, place was perfect for us with view of ocean for coffee each morning. We love amenities of sea colony with tennis courts, many pools, workout facility and able to rent umbrellas/chaise on beach for week. Less to bring. We also bring bikes to ride daily. We cleaned and vacuumed daily so less work on check out. Thanks Donna and Bill!!!

We had an absolute blast at Bethany Beach! This condo was perfect for our little family! We celebrated Mother’s Day as well as our 6 year old daughter’s birthday! We highly recommend this condo and will certainly return! The view was amazing!!

The rental unit was perfect for our family in every way. We had a question during our stay and the property manager responded immediately, was so friendly and provided the help we needed. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time here. It was neat and clean. The owners couldn't have been nicer. This is the 2nd time I have booked the property. I highly recommend staying here. I took my 87 year old mom and 86 year old aunt here to reconnect at the beach they both used to own homes at. They loved getting up early to watch the sunrise.

Overall hosts were awesome and added some extra touches. Had a few hiccups with cleanliness but nothing that couldn’t be remedied with a clorox wipe. View was amazing and recent upgrades were appreciated. I would stay here again!

First time to Bethany Beach area and what a lovely town, really good restaurants and super beach. The weather was way too cold and windy but the beach/ocean was absolutely beautiful to watch from the large glass window/door in the living room and bedroom! Even with the wild weather, the grandkids still went out on the beach and even ventured into the ocean. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen! Updated bathrooms. Even had an issue with the washer and the owners were wonderful and very prompt in their response. Overall a grand off season stay.

The Condo was very comfortable, home like with a great kitchen. It has a Beautiful view of the pools and ocean. It is so convenient to access pools, beach, Sea Colony Deli, stores and restaurants that are walkable. Wonderful vacation!!

Property lovely. Working with VRBO was almost impossible. Sea colony had no one person avaiable to help navigate the check in process, parking process etc. Not a pleasant start to a family reunion involving 17 people & 3 units.

Beautiful beautiful beautiful place…close to everything!!!!

This was our second time staying at Sea Colony (different units and landlords each time). Compared to last year, this year's check in was smooth and went well. The unit had an updated kitchen and we really liked the layout. Throughout the reservation process, the owners were responsive when my mother emailed questions. They were also very responsive when I had a couple concerns. The coffee pot had moldy coffee grounds left in the pot and it was hard to use on the k-cup side. For renting towels, I wasn't impressed with the quality and overall cleanliness could have been better. She was very responsive to my concerns and I know they do not have control over the towels the company uses. I would suggest having a broom there as that would be easier to sweep up the sand vs a vacuum. None of these issues affected our stay and we still had a fabulous time.
