The assigned space is conveniently located in the underground garage. Guests may enjoy amazing sunrises from the balcony, adding to the overall experience. New renovations for 2025, including a divided sleeping space. The bedroom has been divided by a wall that will allow guests to have 2 separate sleeping spaces, not including the sleeper sofa in the living room! There are twin bunk beds in the one space and a queen bed in the second space. The bunk bed room is entered and exited through the queen bedroom. There is also a new open floor plan, the queen sleeper sofa is new for 2025, as well as the chaise. The kitchen boasts a new microwave, stove, and quartz countertops! If you're visiting during the winter months, the living room features a cozy electric fireplace to keep you warm and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare a range of meals and snacks, including a Keurig coffee maker for coffee lovers in your group. You'll also find a TV in the bedroom, a stacked washer/dryer, and board games for your entertainment. Things to Know Please respect the no dog policy. There is cable TV. No streaming is available. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
