For 2024, this unit has been completely painted and has all new kitchen appliances as well as brand new living room curtains and some brand new furniture. Other recent updates for 2018 include a fully renovated hallway bathroom, and a new washer and new dryer. For 2017, a fully renovated primary bathroom. Plus, new sliding glass door, all new exterior and interior doors, a renovated kitchen, and a new HVAC system too!

Just steps to the surf and sand of Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level resort retreat features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms including the primary suite. Central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer are provided for extra comfort and convenience. This condo is accessible without stairs. For entertainment, there are three TVs (all flat-screens, including 51' HDTV in the living room), three Blu-rays, books, games, DVDs (Red Box right across the street too), and WiFi. This Sea Colony condo features showers only, no tubs.

    The Sea Colony itself is a great, very safe and clean facility. This room in particular was also very nice. You can tell it’s showing age but nothing significant. I will say that if we had known how tight the parking spot was, we may have chosen to park in the general parking lot. The spot is very small, and barely fit our midsize sedan. The vicinity to both elevators was really the only reason we continued to squeeze into the spot.

    We have rented this condo for 7 years and have had many good memories and wonderful times while renting it. This year we noticed that it is starting to go down hill and needs some updating. The dining room table is starting to show scratches, marks (crayons or markers?). The entertainment center glass was obviously broken and not replaced. An end table lamp was missing in the master bedroom, and the lamp shade was in the closet with no base. We had to move the lamp that connects to the light switch to the bed end table to have light to read in the bedroom. The rug under the bed was black with dirt. The lovely coffee table had smears and glass ring marks all over it. Smoke alarm kept going off due to prior tenant cooking in kitchen and staff could not reset panel. Evidentially was fixed on Tuesday. Balcony Glass sliding doors smeared and dirty obstructing the great view. Shame as this was a fantastic condo. We will rent again next year with the hope that it will be updated to its original state.

    We spent the week at this unit (family of four). The space was fantastic…bedrooms were large, spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are updated and very functional. The kitchen had everything you would need on your visit (either for quick breakfast and lunches or to cook a dinner. The living and dining space is very comfortable and the TV’s are smart TV’s so the kids will be entertained. The balcony was large and the outdoor furniture was perfect to have coffee in the morning or drinks at dusk. Great view!
